  1. I would like a map search function in Command, similar to what is in MLS's and home search apps. So that if I have a Listing at 123 Main St, I can draw a circle around that address, and it will show me everyone I have in my Database who is within that search area so I can contact them specifically about my Listing. Or Farming, or mailers, or any other numerous options to find my contacts by geographic areas.

  2. Hello, Some CRMs out there are integrated with your email and the CRM is able to keep track of every email you send to a particular contact. It would be wonderful if an agent could integrate their email with Command for this purpose so the agent could see a history of emails sent.

  3. I believe it would save all agents an immense amount of time to be able to edit their contacts in a spreadsheet view. This would alleviate the requirement to: select a contact>edit>add phone number (for example)>save>on to the next.

  4. After an open house, I would like to be able to assign neighborhood(s) to all visitors who attended the open house. Would need the ability to "look up on a map", not just type in the neighborhood since Nextdoor com does not always have the proper info.

  5. There should be a pop-up alert if additional contacts in the lead pool match the specified search criteria.

    If you want to search for a contact name, you must currently search your contacts and then toggle to the lead pool and perform the search again. This is cumbersome. A simple alert if there are matching results in the lead pool could save this additional step.

    This could be designed similar to how the system alerts you if there are contacts in your personal account that match the specified search criteria when searching under your team account.

  6. People want to see different contact information when you pull up a contact in Command. My experience developing applications & UI has always been a best practice to have as few clicks or physical interaction/navigation as possible.

    To minimize scrolling and see what each agent values as pertinent contact information when the contact is displayed, we should be able to modify the layout of the information on a contact card. For instance, the address is not in view nor is the 'About' section. We should be able to organize the subsections in a contact card.

  7. Embed do not call list into command so that it will automatically populate agent's contacts if phone numbers match. Automatically prevent calls to those numbers.

  8. When I schedule an event from command in google calendar it would be very helpful if that event would show in timeline or tasks rather than having to create a second record to show the meeting.

  10. Create one button to do delete in bulk tags.

    I imported over 500 contacts, and it was imported wrong. Each contact has the wrong tag. Instead of labels they got imported as tags. Now I have a as many tags as II do contacts! All bad tags that takes more then 3 clicks to delete each tag.

    Now what do I do? Go through my tags individually to "FIX" my import ERROR?

  11. if i go to add a contact who has already been archived i would like to push a button and have them un-archived currently you have to log out and go into archived contacts and find the contact and restore them. too much time

  12. There is no way to search for duplicate contacts in the lead pool. The database cleanup tool only identifies and allows you to easily merge duplicate contacts in the main database.

    In order to ensure there are not duplicate leads created for existing clients in the database, the lead pool should be included in the duplicate detection and contact merging feature.

  13. It would be great to be able to easily merge similar or redundant lead sources.

    If agents accidentally create a duplicate lead source (i.e., "For Sale By Owner" instead of "FSBO"), the current process to manage lead sources is very cumbersome.

    A multi-step process is required to merge these redundant lead sources. First, all contacts must be manually re-assigned to the correct lead source, one-by-one. Only then, can you delete the duplicate agent created lead source from the system.

  14. Currently we have over 100 system lead sources, some of which are not applicable to many agents' businesses.

    It would be great to be able to hide the system created lead sources from showing up as an option in the pick list when entering a new contact.

  15. Auto apply the tag "Open House Signin" to any lead that comes in from the Command Site Open house links.

    Because leads are auto assigned to the agent doing the open house, we do not have the ability to use lead routing to add a tag and trigger smartplans. This means agents on teams must manually put the leads on SmartPlans.

    Solo agents have this via lead source. This is a huge pain point for teams and rainmakers who have multiple open houses and need speed to lead.

  18. Currently Zapier can create a new contact and add in all information (tags in particular) for that contact into command, but if the contact already exists the additional tags or information aren't added to the contact and a duplicate contact error is created if the phone number or address is already filled in.

    Alternatively, when a new contact fails to be created because a duplicate contact exists additional information from the failed new contact creation that wasn't part of the original contact could still be added to the contact that was detected to be a duplicate.

  19. The USPS mailing address for a client is 1827 Highland Blvd W and when I put it in Command, it corrects it to 1827 West Highland Blvd. Maybe have a optional checkbox for USPS so it will allow the proper USPS format?
