Edit contacts in spreadsheet view
I believe it would save all agents an immense amount of time to be able to edit their contacts in a spreadsheet view. This would alleviate the requirement to: select a contact>edit>add phone number (for example)>save>on to the next.

Basically a more condensed power user list view of contacts that allows rapid editing (with an auto save option) across fields in a contact record
