Send out mass emails, text, mailings to agents from CommandMC
Since we are in constant contact with our agents about different things in the MC or RE in general, it would be easiest to do it through Command MC since it's always up to date with their contact information instead of typing it out into an excel sheet. or at least be able to export contacts to upload into contacts in Command.

VR User name needs to be visable to MCA!
After 1099's are released, MCA's receive multiple requests from VR agents asking for their user name so they can log in and access their Profit Share 1099 - PLEASE make this visable to us!

To remove a termination request
There needs to be a way either the agent or the MCA can clear out a termination request without terminating for various reason. One example is we had an agent accidentally request a termination on a commision request but the commission was already posted in winmore and closed out.

Permanent docs in an associates command file
We really need a cloud location within the agents file to post on boarding documents, licensing information, and any other disciplinary documents. It would support actions taken by the Principal broker and Team Leader to have it all in once space. Please please take a look at adding this to the associates tabs.

Internal MC Communication in Command
While I am not certain if an update with these specific features is already being developed, I would like to propose the creation of an integration into command that allows administrators to make market center announcements while also providing a separate chat feature for agent communication. Here are some key reasons why I believe this would be beneficial:

Print Binding Sponsorship Agreement after Agent Sign On
Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

Ability to see the agent's website link in their associate card
Many times we are drafting the agents business cards and the agent wants their website listed on their card, but we have no way of seeing what their website URL is. Other times, we have agents asking us why something is not working on their website and to test the bug and see what is not working it would be great to have the ability to go to the website by using the link in the associate card. Please add this.

Grace period for Offboarding an Agent in Associate Applet
When an agent is removed provide a removal grace period inside the commandmc associate applet for the agent incase they decide to come back to the market center. That way it is an easy switch to reactivate the agent instead of re-adding them to the recruit section and completing the command mc link again.

SOMALI to Languages Spoken
We have multiple agents and a large Somali community in Minnesota. Being able to add Somali to their spoken languages is a request I have received and would be very helpful for our communities!

Create an "Agent" filter in Associates in Command MC
We currently have the ability to search in the associates tab by active or inactive, but it would be great to be able to search based on roles. For example, be able to filter only the agents (A), or only the administrative staff (PO's).

Add inability to deactivate associate if SmartPlans and Marketing Profile are Live
Right now, if an associate does not stop SmartPlans from running and follow the offboarding check list, it's difficult to re-onboard them to be able to be able to get to Command and shut everything off.
When deactivating an associate, if there are live SmartPlans and if the Branding Toggle is green, we should NOT be able to deactivate the associate.

Show Team Information on Associate Record
It would be SO helpful to see if an agent is on a team when looking at their associate record (Command MC). This will avoid searching the teams section to find out if they're on a team and what team they're on.

Command MC Associates - Last Name Sort
I would love to be able to sort by last, then first names. It would be easier to match up family members and ensure notes, tags, tasks, etc. are met together.

Enable search & filter in Associates Applet
Adding the ability to search and filter by tags in the CommandMC Associates applet would be highly valuable for retention. We have added tags to our associates and, at this time, are unable to utilize the functionality of those tags due to lack of search/filter options. Would love to see this feature added in Q2 2023!
