COMMANDMC ACCESS FOR ASC - SENSITIVE COMPLIANCE MATTER
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We need our ASC to have the ability to perform all related agent add/remove functions WITHOUT having access to sensitive CommandMC Compliance (red bubbles) info.
Recently an Angel advised us, "...if she (ASC) is just sending an Invitation to Join, then the MC Leader role would be sufficient, as this allows access to the recruits section of Command. However, there are certain tasks that require MCA/AMCA access, such as activating an associate.
Our Agents Services Coord (ASC) should be able to send new agent invites and activate new agents....all related agent add/remove functions WITHOUT having…

Bulk Action CommandMC Tasks - Delete
Currently in a new MC where CommandMC was not being utilized to it's full potential and now having to go back and start from scratch, it would be nice to have a bulk action delete for CommandMC Tasks to dwindle down on waisted time.

Command MC Tasks, Notes don't see to appear on the completed task.
Its fine for the notes to Copy to the Notes section for the Associate, but we need the Task's Notes to stay with the Task as well, please.
We are using Other Tasks for our CDA exceptions such as A/R, eCommissions, Personal property transactions, etc. This means we need to be able to Complete the task but still see the Note as to what CDA paid the debt. But if the note becomes untethered from it's task, it will be hard for us to close that loop. - Thank you!!

Bulk Action Task Completion
It would be beneficial to be able to bulk complete tasks within CommandMC. Especially pertaining to texts as we don't have the text feature available yet.

Ability To Sort CommandMC Tasks
CommandMC tasks show have the ability for users to sort and to search based on the recruit that they pertain to and the assignee, not just by due date.

Combine Checklist Tasks and Other Tasks
Combine the view for Checklist Tasks and Other Tasks for ease and less clicks. Also allows for quicker/easier task adding. No need to have to different "classes" of tasks. All must be done.

Allow expired tasks to be reactivated
Some tasks under a contact are "snoozed" for one reason or another and once they expire, they are stuck on this expired list without the option to delete. You should be able to reactivate them or not have them expire so quickly.

Allow Tasks in Command MC to contain links
Onboarding and offboarding could be faster if links to all the relevant websites and spreadsheets can be added to task items. For example: "Add agent to Office Facebook Group [bitly link to our FB Group]"
Currently it is not possible to highlight the text in tasks items, so even non-linked websites are not usable because there is no way to copy-paste them into the address bar.
