  2. For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.

  4. Now that the PS statements are only available through report in Command, there are no longer addresses to be able to mail these out. As an MCA that truly helped so they could be folded in the manner we could just mail them to the agents. Now we have to look up each address and fill out an envelope in order to mail them out which all my VR and A associates prefer. Can we please add the address back onto the statements please, to help the MCA's and make it easier for them to get those out promptly?

  5. The lost agent productivity report does not include agents that are VR status only pulling R status associates. We would like to see the VR included.

  6. Can we formally request Helpdesk Ticket metrics? It would be very insightful for us (as well as leadership) to understand WHY tickets are created, and how long they are open for. For orientation, I'm a MCTT. (A Market Center Report would be helpful for this reason)

    Many of us come from other careers where that would be readily available and used to prioritize work.

    I ask because I personally am over 8 months on a ticket (#763328) that from the best I can tell has not been “worked” other than placating me by pasting a “we’re working on it” message.

  7. This would be amazing for us to have as this is something we should always been aware of. Unfortunately, there's not a report that shows a total 12-month period unless you pull reports for the end of the previous year.

  8. If we are using CommandMC to log and track calls it should be relatively easy to generate a report that shows calls made in addition to appointments held, and affiliations. This would be a much easier way to track our conversion rates. Having to chart calls in both CommandMC and out isn't a good use of time.

  9. I've noticed that over the course of the first 2 weeks there are several areas that could be a bit more efficient; specifically, the numerous reporting mechanisms. Currently, we have 2 excel spreadsheets to track appointments, referrals, R1/R2s.....since we are trying to leverage Command on a more consistent basis, I thought it would be great if we could utilize Command for more.   10. The Vital Signs report provides some very important data that can be consolidated and used strategically to positively influence the market center. The use of Contacts, Smart Plans and Opportunities can all be exported individually from the Vital Signs Report and then sorted by KWUID in each. Then you can consolidate them all into one spreadsheet by Agent. Having the export of Command MC data with production info and including the KWUID so you can easily sort that list by KWUID and paste them all together.   11. As much as I love pulling info manually, what if we could subscribe to key reports? These are currently stored in adhoc in WinMORE. Cloudmore could pull, create, and send.

    Like, weekly, what did my Buyers Agents put under contract? What did they close? How close are they to cap?

    Or, PC program, what did your coaching clients do this week?

  12. COMMAND MC - Would love to be able to print out a one page report to see agents usage. Currently only able to pull 10 agents at a time. I can distribute to my staff, etc.

  14. Provide a Report For MCTT's MCA's or OP's to view the connection of the programs in Settings. This will help with the identification of Tech Adoption in the MC. A report that lists who has, and who has not connected each program to Command would provide amazing visibility for the OP to baseline the Tech Adoption via Use/Connections and for the MCTT to use the list to increase tech adoption. For example, the Twilio migration would have been great to get a report of which Agents where connected to it so the MCTT could reach out to the entire list…
