  1. When you are in a Recruit record and want to hit the back arrow, it brings you back to the main Command MC > Recruits dashboard and shows the Active Recruit stage and not the prior "stage" you were in (ie: You are in the Committed Stage and open a Recruit card, when you click the back arrow, it brings you back to the main Recruits page on the "Active Recruit" stage and not the "Committed" stage again to select another Recruit.

    Request is to have the "back" button go back to whichever stage you were in prior to looking…

  2. other than facebook, linked in and intagram, i would like to attach files like production from other broker metrics, or from MLS websites. and the edit page of other informaiton is not user friendly and does not scroll down to allow insertion of informaiton past the family box.

  4. I'd like to see a Filter in Recruit Management that allows me to pull a list of all Recruits referred by a certain agent in my Market Center. This will be extremely helpful for TLs in helping agents build their profit share trees by collaborating on Recruit follow-up, setting and tracking agent goals for # of Recruits referred, and allowing me to dedicate time blocks to working on a certain agent's referrals.

  5. Each week a Heatseeker list is uploaded and most of the times the same agent is uploaded multiple times over a period of several weeks. It'd be great to pull the entire list that's uploaded for that week not just the new names to the list.

  6. Add An Add Activity Button To Recruit Card So It Shows No Matter What Tab You Are Looking At. It would save TLs and ATLs valuable time clicking through to add an activity like a call or meeting. Right now you have to go through several clicks to add an activity and it slow things down a lot.

  7. In order to upload a file in a recruit card, we have to upload it in the "Appointments" tab. We need to add KW Prep Interview and KSCORE Interview as appointment types for this.

  8. Look at the different reports that Broker Metrics can create and create them for Command. Give ever agent the ability to pull town, county, area comparison. Agent to Agent comparison. Office to Office comparison, Brokerage to Brokerage comparison. See agent counts for different brokerage. Possible at some point making some of these reports a simple button click(ie Company info, brokerage info, team, agent) but also still keeping the option for on the fly boolean search.

  10. Having the option of bulk actions when moving recruits throughout the various phases of the recruiting pipeline will allow any of member of leadership do so more easily and efficiently thus allowing for a better leverage of time. Currently, the method of moving recruits is to do so one by one, which when in an office that has over 200 recruiting appointments a year, can be a very time consuming task.

  12. Please let me remove an agent from the Recruiting Pipeline from the Contact card. Currently you have to back out of the card all together which brings you back to the active recruit stage no matter where you were before and you have to navigate back to the correct card to hit the meatballs to remove them. It takes so much time to clean up the pipeline as it is.

  13. Currently in CommandMC when a smartplan is assigned to an recruit/agent we can not see who on leadership have activated the smartplan. For accountabiluty reasons I think having in the timeline who activated that smartplan on the conatct should be included. I am not sure if this is the same function on the team side as well.

  14. Allowing individual teams to access to only recruit information would allow transparency into the onboarding process and allow them access to the HeatSeeker list for their own recruiting purposes. Currently there is no way to safely provide an UpToDate HeatSeeker list to our teams without exporting the list weekly into a google sheet. This is ineffective as we cannot accurate keep notes on each possible recruit and capture all HeatSeeker leads.

  15. When onboarding agents we always have a tough time with them filling out the KWRI email. You should make it so the MC can activate them first and then give the agent time to fill out their information that way we don't get penalized for them taking a long time to fill it out. A lot of our onboards get carried over to the next month because they don't fill it out in time.

  16. We need a faster way to sort Source/ Referral (kw agent name) in the Recruit Management tab in CommandMC. The current sort capabilities is Not alphabetically so, it makes it difficult following up with our KW Agents that referred the Recruit. If there was a way to search/ sort based upon the Referral Agent Name that would be great too. Thank you!

  17. When adding a smartplan such as Quarterly Call Plan to a recruit, it would be great if those tasks would automatically get assigned to the assignee. QCP does not allow you to assign the call step to anyone.

  19. When inputting a recruit's birth date, the field requires a date. Sometimes the recruits don't provide a year that they were born. Therefore, we should just be able to input the "month/day" -- i.e. 9/14

  20. It's not documented in the timeline of the recruit card. It would be awesome if there was a CC on the email that came to the person that sent the invite. We don't know they didn't receive it unless we are asking which leads to a time delay.
