  1. What happened to the KW Connect Training Calendar direct link on home page of my kw.kw.com? Our market center uses KW Connect Training Calendar and it's not easily found. Can the the Connect Training Calendar direct link be placed back on the home page :)

  3. In Command MC, under the opportunity tad, One of the filters should be search by Agent. It would make looking for a particular listing much easier to find.

  4. Currently- the activity options are solely Call, Meeting or Text. Would like an option to log an activity for Email that might not have necessarily been through a campaign. (i.e, an agent conversation)

  5. When adding activities with our agents there are only 3 interactions to chose from … call, meeting & text. I think an other field should be added b/c some times it's an email that was sent or a note card sent and none of those fit under the call, meeting or text option.

  7. The Vital Signs report provides some very important data that can be consolidated and used strategically to positively influence the market center. The use of Contacts, Smart Plans and Opportunities can all be exported individually from the Vital Signs Report and then sorted by KWUID in each. Then you can consolidate them all into one spreadsheet by Agent. Having the export of Command MC data with production info and including the KWUID so you can easily sort that list by KWUID and paste them all together.   8. Each message should have a date and time that it was sent. Currently, the last message is the only one that is visible. When trying to look for dates that the Market center has looked for messages i.e. dates deposit checks were received, it is not there because it is not the last message.

  9. As a reviewer in compliance it seems I am always always rejecting some items for the exact same thing. It would be nice to go to a clause manager and pick the clause that is already there so we don't need to type it all the time.

  10. Would like to be able to assign a follow up task for another member of our Leadership Team to contact an Agent. Example: When I am on a call with an Agent-- if I hear they need help with Tech, I want to assign the MCTT a task to follow up with Agent.

  11. Easy Button for pending list follow up so we can push right from the (future) pending list in Command. Agent gets a notification on phone asking for status update. It prompts them to change price, date, etc in their opportunity.

  12. It would be extremely helpful for the "timeline" in an opportunity to record tagging information.

    For example: If an MCA adds a "DA Created" tag, it would be helpful to know exactly when this was completed, or when a file was "Ready for DA"

    including tag info in the timeline will help us track when things were completed and if anything was missed!

  14. Onboarding and offboarding could be faster if links to all the relevant websites and spreadsheets can be added to task items. For example: "Add agent to Office Facebook Group [bitly link to our FB Group]"

    Currently it is not possible to highlight the text in tasks items, so even non-linked websites are not usable because there is no way to copy-paste them into the address bar.

  15. It would be nice if we could schedule an appointment that is set to take place like you can from the agent side. Appt Set, Appt Kept etc. rather than only Appts you have previously held. (Even better if it could send an invite to a meeting but that's probably a different issue)

  16. It would be greatly beneficial to have an activity log/ timeline in Command MC Opportunities as a whole (in addition to the already existing timeline within each Opportunity) that only the brokerage admin can see (so we can see our brokerage's admins and our agents). This would help us to see what other admins are working as a whole, as well as refer back to something we recently worked on.

  17. As much as I love pulling info manually, what if we could subscribe to key reports? These are currently stored in adhoc in WinMORE. Cloudmore could pull, create, and send.

    Like, weekly, what did my Buyers Agents put under contract? What did they close? How close are they to cap?

    Or, PC program, what did your coaching clients do this week?

  18. If a recruit is ready for the next phase, but certain tasks aren't performed yet, I'd like to be able to pull them to the next phase without losing the incomplete tasks. So, it would be nice if we had the option to move them to the next phase and if there are still 3 incomplete tasks, pull them forward to the top of the task list for the next phase. Otherwise, they get lost in the previous phase and will never be completed.

  19. Agent Command has Listings, Buyers, and Leases as three separate pipelines. We need to have separate pipelines for New agents, R1 recruits, and R2 recruits. This will allow us to have separate task list templates for each, and allow onboarding phases to be different for them as well, rather than having to make different phases for each and having to progress them through phases and task lists that are irrelevant for them.

  20. In the state of California, it's required to keep 5 years worth of historical data for all of our associates, including exits. Especially if there was an issue with a transaction, insurance, or state compliance, it's important to keep that information in a place we can access. I've come to notice that once an associate is exited out of WinMORE or the Whitepages, they disappear completely from CommandMC.

    It would be ideal if CommandMC had a section for Exited or Archived associates in the "Agent" section.
