  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Being able to text associates from Command MC would be great vs. having to use the Demo account to text.

    This would also apply for Command MC Smart Plans!

  2. Will we eventually have the tech that automatically adds/removes agents from the template deductions if they meet certain criteria joining in as an R1/R2?

  3. Look at the different reports that Broker Metrics can create and create them for Command. Give ever agent the ability to pull town, county, area comparison. Agent to Agent comparison. Office to Office comparison, Brokerage to Brokerage comparison. See agent counts for different brokerage. Possible at some point making some of these reports a simple button click(ie Company info, brokerage info, team, agent) but also still keeping the option for on the fly boolean search.

  4. When an agent is removed provide a removal grace period inside the commandmc associate applet for the agent incase they decide to come back to the market center. That way it is an easy switch to reactivate the agent instead of re-adding them to the recruit section and completing the command mc link again.

  6. We have multiple agents and a large Somali community in Minnesota. Being able to add Somali to their spoken languages is a request I have received and would be very helpful for our communities!

  7. This would be amazing for us to have as this is something we should always been aware of. Unfortunately, there's not a report that shows a total 12-month period unless you pull reports for the end of the previous year.

  8. We currently have the ability to search in the associates tab by active or inactive, but it would be great to be able to search based on roles. For example, be able to filter only the agents (A), or only the administrative staff (PO's).

  9. A daily summary report in Command MC of all opportunities/commission requests that were worked on during the day/report period. Ideally this report could be filtered for a single trades employee and also run for the entire market center.

  10. Having the option of bulk actions when moving recruits throughout the various phases of the recruiting pipeline will allow any of member of leadership do so more easily and efficiently thus allowing for a better leverage of time. Currently, the method of moving recruits is to do so one by one, which when in an office that has over 200 recruiting appointments a year, can be a very time consuming task.

  12. Please let me remove an agent from the Recruiting Pipeline from the Contact card. Currently you have to back out of the card all together which brings you back to the active recruit stage no matter where you were before and you have to navigate back to the correct card to hit the meatballs to remove them. It takes so much time to clean up the pipeline as it is.

  13. When you go to the MC Website and try to explore Agents, the search at the top is for properties, NOT agents. The webpage itself does not provide a way to search for an Agent.

    If you try to use the web browser search instead, it's only helpful if that part of the page has already loaded, so really not helpful given that the whole page does not self load. The user needs to scroll to the bottom to get the next group of agents to load, so it could take minutes of "scroll & load" to get to…

  14. There are occasions when a rental transaction has a Commission entered and for one reason or another needs to be terminated. (deal falls through/it was a test commission created) As with a sale, we should be able to terminate the Commission.

  15. Currently in CommandMC when a smartplan is assigned to an recruit/agent we can not see who on leadership have activated the smartplan. For accountabiluty reasons I think having in the timeline who activated that smartplan on the conatct should be included. I am not sure if this is the same function on the team side as well.

  16. Allowing individual teams to access to only recruit information would allow transparency into the onboarding process and allow them access to the HeatSeeker list for their own recruiting purposes. Currently there is no way to safely provide an UpToDate HeatSeeker list to our teams without exporting the list weekly into a google sheet. This is ineffective as we cannot accurate keep notes on each possible recruit and capture all HeatSeeker leads.

  17. Right now, if an associate does not stop SmartPlans from running and follow the offboarding check list, it's difficult to re-onboard them to be able to be able to get to Command and shut everything off.

    When deactivating an associate, if there are live SmartPlans and if the Branding Toggle is green, we should NOT be able to deactivate the associate.

  18. It would be SO helpful to see if an agent is on a team when looking at their associate record (Command MC). This will avoid searching the teams section to find out if they're on a team and what team they're on.

  19. First American Title Co (FATCO) has a data breach which is making transmittal extremely difficult as we're trying to track down unbooked funds. There's no easy way for search for this in Command.

  20. When onboarding agents we always have a tough time with them filling out the KWRI email. You should make it so the MC can activate them first and then give the agent time to fill out their information that way we don't get penalized for them taking a long time to fill it out. A lot of our onboards get carried over to the next month because they don't fill it out in time.
