Smart Filters for CommandMC Opportunities
We need to have the ability to search Market Center Opportunities by a date range, last updated, and closed. Need to be able to save the custom filters and modify columns just like contacts.

Command MC Associates - Last Name Sort
I would love to be able to sort by last, then first names. It would be easier to match up family members and ensure notes, tags, tasks, etc. are met together.

Enable search & filter in Associates Applet
Adding the ability to search and filter by tags in the CommandMC Associates applet would be highly valuable for retention. We have added tags to our associates and, at this time, are unable to utilize the functionality of those tags due to lack of search/filter options. Would love to see this feature added in Q2 2023!

COMMANDMC ACCESS FOR ASC - SENSITIVE COMPLIANCE MATTER
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We need our ASC to have the ability to perform all related agent add/remove functions WITHOUT having access to sensitive CommandMC Compliance (red bubbles) info.
Recently an Angel advised us, "...if she (ASC) is just sending an Invitation to Join, then the MC Leader role would be sufficient, as this allows access to the recruits section of Command. However, there are certain tasks that require MCA/AMCA access, such as activating an associate.
Our Agents Services Coord (ASC) should be able to send new agent invites and activate new agents....all related agent add/remove functions WITHOUT having…

Recruit Referral Sort in CommandMC
We need a faster way to sort Source/ Referral (kw agent name) in the Recruit Management tab in CommandMC. The current sort capabilities is Not alphabetically so, it makes it difficult following up with our KW Agents that referred the Recruit. If there was a way to search/ sort based upon the Referral Agent Name that would be great too. Thank you!

Check when an agent is was last Active
Implementing a feature to track and display the last active timestamp of agents on their CRM would significantly enhance our ability to hold them accountable for their productivity. Command MC Assignee assigned pipeline tasks
When adding a smartplan such as Quarterly Call Plan to a recruit, it would be great if those tasks would automatically get assigned to the assignee. QCP does not allow you to assign the call step to anyone.

Recovering KW Emails of returning agents
Would love to see a "forgot password" to recover an old email for a returning agent, rather than hunting down old MC's to find who has the email verification code.

Eliminate the need for a "year" in the birthday
When inputting a recruit's birth date, the field requires a date. Sometimes the recruits don't provide a year that they were born. Therefore, we should just be able to input the "month/day" -- i.e. 9/14

Invitation to the MC email sent needs verification
It's not documented in the timeline of the recruit card. It would be awesome if there was a CC on the email that came to the person that sent the invite. We don't know they didn't receive it unless we are asking which leads to a time delay.

Add a listing filter in the MC websites for "Market Center Listings"
It would be very useful for Market Center websites to have a filter called "Market Center Listings." This filter would show only listings owned by the Market Center and could further be filtered in conjunction with the other filters for property type, price, etc. This is EXTREMELY helpful for Market Centers to promote their own listings on inside communications, such as Agent Resource websites. It's all so very useful on listing appointments to show potential sellers all of the listings carried by that particular KW office.

Allow our MLS ID, Brokerage License #, and Our Own License # to automatically populate in docusign
As a broker at a previous firm, Dotloop was much easier to use than Docusign. It allowed me to autopopulate my MLS ID, brokerage license # and my license # in every contract, saving me time from having to look up the brokerage license number and typing it in manually every time. I was shocked with the number of agents KW has that this functionality is not there.

It would be very convenient for Market Center leadership to be able to see the KW Agent website URL in the associate applet information.

SAVE NOTES OF RECRUIT WHEN ACCIDENTLY LOGGED OUT.
WHEN I MOVE MY MOUSE AN INCH IT TAKES ME OFF THE SCREEN AND i LOOSE ALL THE NOTES I JUST CREATED, ONLY TO HAVE TO START OVER. BE GREAT TO AUTO SAVE ALL THE INFO IF ACCIDENTLY LOGGED OFF.

Market Center customizable deductions on commission requests
It would be nice if we were able to add deductions customized to our market center on the commission request submission page. A couple examples is that we used to have a place for agents to donate to our local kw cares. They would be more likely to donate if they do not have to go through the extra steps to donate. We also used to have a spot on the greensheet where they could do KW Convention savings and we would basically save the funds for them to later pay for KW family reunion/mega camp.
