Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!


When not to submit to ideas:

  4. I use the 3 year birthday smartplan. Many clients were added at it's inception, others as they became clients. PLEASE find a way to search contacts by the date the smartplan was started. Some are now beyond 3 years and to manually check a large database by individual contact would be an extremely huge and time consuming task. I considered a mass removal of the smartplan and then a mass add, but as only 500 adds can be done a time, not sure how that can be done when the database is over 1200. Or, set up the KW birthday…

  5. Hi!

    We need the means to maintain the health of our database. Currently when we use a campaign that sends a text or an e-mail, we do not know whether the message was successfully sent or not.

    In order to find out, we have to open each individual record to see if the text failed. If you are doing a short list, this is not a problem, but when you do something like Christmas Card E-Mails or Text to your whole database, that can be time consuming and costly. For example, I have 4K contacts on my database, if I…

  6. It would be amazing to have a shorter delay time in smart plans. Example: I have multiple things that need to happen when a new prospect registers or reaches out. Having more options ( in minute or hour increments) would be awesome. This would allow us to customize and be more automated with communication. Secondly, it would be great to have the option to not move a smart plan forward until the previous task is completed.

  8. When I send out smart plans to the masses, I dont want to continually send to, for instance, my realtor contacts becasue they will get sick of getting my texts and emails and unsubscribe. Then when I want to message my referral sources, many will have unsubscribed.

  9. Homebot does an amazing job of showing people how much their house is worth, what it would rent for, what their refinancing options are and how much they could AirBnB it for. Would love to see this in Command.

  10. There should be an unsubscribe list that tells which contacts have unsubscribed or opened etc without having to go into every contact.
