Ability to not include certain tags in a smart plan.
When I send out smart plans to the masses, I dont want to continually send to, for instance, my realtor contacts becasue they will get sick of getting my texts and emails and unsubscribe. Then when I want to message my referral sources, many will have unsubscribed.

Hi there! You should be able to use Advanced Filters to only show Contacts in your database that do not have certain tags, aren't on certain SmartPlans, etc. You can then Select All and Bulk Add to SmartPlans so that you don't include your Realtor friends! :)
