Database Health Maintenance Tools or Failure Alerts - Help Us Save Money
Hi!
We need the means to maintain the health of our database. Currently when we use a campaign that sends a text or an e-mail, we do not know whether the message was successfully sent or not.
In order to find out, we have to open each individual record to see if the text failed. If you are doing a short list, this is not a problem, but when you do something like Christmas Card E-Mails or Text to your whole database, that can be time consuming and costly. For example, I have 4K contacts on my database, if I have 10% failure rate that is costly.
Could you please add a feature to quickly report the failed e-mails or text that will show a list of the contacts with this issue, so we can fix the contact for future use?

Hi there! If you go to the Reports applet in Command, you can choose "Email" or "Texts and Calls" and that will show you all unsent emails and texts! :)
