3 Year Birthday Smartplan auto renew
I use the 3 year birthday smartplan. Many clients were added at it's inception, others as they became clients. PLEASE find a way to search contacts by the date the smartplan was started. Some are now beyond 3 years and to manually check a large database by individual contact would be an extremely huge and time consuming task. I considered a mass removal of the smartplan and then a mass add, but as only 500 adds can be done a time, not sure how that can be done when the database is over 1200. Or, set up the KW birthday plan to auto-restart? Anything to make this an easier task. Thanks!

Hi there! You can now filter your Contacts by which SmartPlan they are on in the Contacts applet using filters. That will show you whether they are still on this SmartPlan or not! :)
