More detailed delay options in SmartPlans
It would be amazing to have a shorter delay time in smart plans. Example: I have multiple things that need to happen when a new prospect registers or reaches out. Having more options ( in minute or hour increments) would be awesome. This would allow us to customize and be more automated with communication. Secondly, it would be great to have the option to not move a smart plan forward until the previous task is completed.
