Refreshed Recruit Metrics Reporting
Look at the different reports that Broker Metrics can create and create them for Command. Give ever agent the ability to pull town, county, area comparison. Agent to Agent comparison. Office to Office comparison, Brokerage to Brokerage comparison. See agent counts for different brokerage. Possible at some point making some of these reports a simple button click(ie Company info, brokerage info, team, agent) but also still keeping the option for on the fly boolean search.

More than 12 months of recurring data would be incredibly valuable. Our team, for example, finds that having a longer-term view—like a agent's lifetime performance—is essential for effective recruiting.
