More than 12 months of recurring data would be incredibly valuable. Our team, for example, finds that having a longer-term view—like a agent's lifetime performance—is essential for effective recruiting. It allows us to have more meaningful conversations, especially with experienced agents who may have seen a recent decline in performance.
We once used an external system to look at an agent who had been a top performer for nearly a decade but had a difficult past year. This long-term data gave us the context we needed to ask deeper questions and understand the reasons behind their recent struggles. By helping them identify the root cause and create a plan to get back on track, we were able to bring them into our office. They were excited to join, ready to move past their personal challenges, and focused on improving their business, which would ultimately improve their personal life as well.
