Add Mandarin & Cantonese as Language Options
When an agent joins us there is no option for them to select Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language. The only option is Chinese...but there's no such language. It's Mandarin or Cantonese, and they are vastly different languages.

Yes, please update this ASAP to allow our agents to state the correct language.
