"Back" in Recruit Record Should Go to Relevant Phase/Stage
When you are in a Recruit record and want to hit the back arrow, it brings you back to the main Command MC > Recruits dashboard and shows the Active Recruit stage and not the prior "stage" you were in (ie: You are in the Committed Stage and open a Recruit card, when you click the back arrow, it brings you back to the main Recruits page on the "Active Recruit" stage and not the "Committed" stage again to select another Recruit.
Request is to have the "back" button go back to whichever stage you were in prior to looking at the Recruit record, vs. going back to the main Recruit view which is "Active Recruit".

Hooray! This has been resolved. Now when you choose "Back" in the Recruit record, it will bring you back to the Phase/Stage that you were in previously in the Recruit Pipeline.

When accessing a recruits info from the task screen an additional tab already opens up. Duplicating this functionality would also suffice for this feature request IMO. It is definitely cumbersome navigating the pipeline pages with it the way it is now.
