Ability to close a transaction on a date later in the month
In a state where we hold Escrow, we prepare our listing transactions ahead of closing so that any seller excess is able to be brought to closing attorney or ready to be picked up/delivered once the property is on record. Right now, in order to do this, we have to change the close date to the day the checks are being prepped and it causes confusion as to when the property actually closed. In winmore we had this ability so long as it remained in the current month and we really need this feature back!

Can you tell us more about this? Would you like to be able to change the date after the fact, or select a Closing Date in the future? What action would be necessary to fix this pain point? :)

I would just like the ability to prep and fully close a transaction on a closing date in the future. Not change anything after the fact. This is needed as we prep our listings to close where we are holding escrow (which is on 99% of our listings) and we pay our commission from this escrow, but we nearly always are holding more escrow than is needed, so we need to issue checks to sellers for that excess and generally that check is needed to be provided to the attorney ahead of time, or to be picked up or delivered to the sellers as soon as the transaction records. In winmore, we were able to do this so long as the closing date is in the same month. That is the feature I would love to have back. As of now, for example I am out this week, I had to prep a week's worth of listing closings with a false closing date in order to close the transaction out and prep all checks ahead.
