To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. On the KW agent sites where it shows in the bottom of the page the logo, agent photo and agent name. There is a team that is national and the information in the marketing profile has no effect on this spot. The agent profile is where this is pulled from. An agent had to change his name in command and his profile picture so he could display the team name on all aspects of the website. Our ask is to give the freedom to change this information without it changing in command so that KW has his legal name and…

  2. allow agents to log in as buyer to set up search on consumer website profile. Also provide more options/ filters for consumer sites.

  3. The 'my listings' filter for featured properties is currently all or nothing (when selected, ONLY the agent's listings will be displayed). The agent should be able to choose to have additional listings display after their listings, determined by the radius criteria set (center point, max # to display, and radius).

  4. Allow each agent sites their own fav.ico. Favicons matter because they enhance the visibility and recognizability of the brand of the website.

  5. Is there a way to create filters on custom list pages so the consumer can filter through tags underneath parent tags?

    I have several blogs, which have different tags under "real estate". It would be helpful to display all of the blogs I have, but allow the consumer to say I want to only see "Market Updates", "Buyer & Seller Tips" or something similar.

  6. Since there is no commission information on the MLS, we need to be able to accommodate this information on the Agent site. It would be nice if the landing page allow us to add this information. Currently, it is not possible.

  7. I want to be able to have a particular landing page set up with a custom form. When the custom form is filled out by a lead on that particular landing page, a pdf is automatically emailed to them.

  8. Shareable searches on Agent or Consumer App. This would allow us to create a search for our potential client and send them a link from the app. I don’t know how our app doesn’t do this?

  9. A report to see the list of people who downloaded that agent's KW app.
    We only see our ranking and the number of downloads on the report available on mykw but we're not seeing any list of people of downloaded it. Thank you!

  10. Whenever you're searching for homes on your agent websites, I've noticed that a lot of past listings for current homes for sale show up before the actual live listing. They will either be listings that sold previously or have expired. If there is a way to remove or hide those listings, that would be great. It gets really confusing for agents and clients when searching for homes and finding the actual live listing.

  11. Allow agent to set up a lead management rule based on a specific landing page. Under "source" the options are; 1. Landing Page, 2. KW Landing Page, 3. KW Landing Page (site), and 4. Neighborhood Landing Page. In this section, the agent should be able to choose WHICH landing page.

  12. OnceHub is an online scheduler but it also allows for chatbots and forms. 3 in 1 solution for realtors. Here are 2 examples of it being used on my site.

  14. Make the phone number and email clickable on the Landing Page, Contact Form, and other pages.

    Right now it is clickable only on the About Me form, but everywhere else it is not.

  16. Right now we can add hyper specific neighborhoods, but not entire towns. Often times I have clients who are looking across an entire town, and they don't need emails from every single specific neighborhood, but what's happening broadly across a town.

    This would also be very helpful in being able to iframe onto pages if we're covering a large geographic area. For example, I have clients looking across Medford, MA, but have to individually select each neighborhood.

  17. I have my own custom neighborhood pages that highlight things to do, closeby public transit, and other links to the local area. One thing that would be helpful is being able to iframe the market data section specifically from the neighborhood page onto this. This way I don't have to manually update the page.

  18. When I click on a neighborhood in a profile, I'd like for it to stay on my personal branded page instead of getting redirected to the generic KW page.

  19. It would be very helpful to expand on the market data available in the neighborhood we assign to a profile. For example, home appreciation, breaking it down by type of home (single family, condo, multi-family, etc...)
