Ability to subscribe to a blog
It would be great for consumers to have the ability to subscribe to our blog and receive emails when a new blog is posted. It would also be nice if we could add current contacts to this list to receive them as well with the ability to unsubscribe from blog posts only and not all KW emails (ie smartplans).

Instant/Immediate Notification for Save Search
For Saved Search Notifications, have the option to get new listings immediately and other notifications like price changes or open houses daily or any variation of these selections that the client wants including daily vs weekly

I would like to be able to create searches for new listings only, or days on market less than, say 1 week. You cannot currently do that
I plan to release a new listings report for my contacts if they have signed up for it, and only show them what has come on the market within the last week.

Buyer Commission Shown on Agent Site Listings
With regards to the lawsuit and possible changes that could take place and not being able to put buyer side commission on the MLS.
It appears that brokerages could publish the details on their websites.
Could we have our opportunity link to our commission numbers in the corresponding opportunity fields and display to the linked KWLS listing? A new field or section. This would be independent of the MLS and any IDX fields that auto populate our websites, KWLS etc.
All of that will remain the same, the change would be a link to those particular fields in the opporunity…

Whatsapp Button
We need to be able to input a floating WhatsApp button on to our websites. Most of our clients prefer to use WhatsApp for the first contact and conversation with our agents.

Add Korean to language option
There is a fairly large market of people who need to buy or sell houses and do not speak English, Command is an excellent tool for follow up, however, it would be even more helpful if there were more language options. Currently there are many languages missing from the language option on the top right corner drop down menu. Many of us in our sphere have clients who speak only our first language, in my case, it is Korean. Please add Korean to the language select drop down menu and any other languages that are in need. Thank you.

ChatBot with Custom Information, flows, AI integration, and Appointment setting. At the moment you cannot have a chatbot that works on any page other than a custom page, which is essentially worthless. It's a relatively inexpensive and valuable tool that takes only a little time to implement that improves user experience.

Search by area instead of radius in website search widget and provide access to neighborhood snapshots again.
One of the most common structures for agent sites is to curate lists of properties by neighborhood. This is fine if all you want to do is link to a saved search page, but if you want to include a header and a brief description of the area and possibly links to more info, the only option is to embed a snapshot of a search on your own page and this looks terrible. The radius search is useless for this. In practice, a radius search is not very functional as most people want to search by town, neighborhood or school…

Photos on site/app
I sold a gorgeous property. buyer requested MLS remove photos except primary one post closing. Now my KW app/site only shows google view or nothing at all. Please fix it so that the primary photo can still be shown, as it in on my MLS

Invite contacts to create / activate an account on the agent / team website
Currently our clients must manually navigate to create an account on our agent and team websites. Assuming they use the same email address we have on their contact record, Command will link the agent site connection.
We need the ability to send Command contacts an invitation via text or email to "activate" their agent site connection. This would significantly increase the conversion rate of contacts creating an account on the consumer sites.

Collapse Page Types on Website Expert Mode
Option to collapse pages and modules by category on home page. It is very cumbersome to scroll through all the blog posts to get to the custom pages, and HTML and so on.

Require Phone Number, City, and State for Forms
It would be useful if the person contacting thorugh the Website had to fill in not only their names and e-mails, but phone number and city and state. Too many spam e-mails come through there. Thank you!
