Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

It is critical that the clock icon is reimplemented to ensure our auditor knows when to look for PA cancellations of previous offers to ensure those files gets cancelled in our system and Earnest money returned timely as well as knowing there is a new version that needs to be audited.
