The market center needs to verify the SSN number and name to 1099 correctly so that we are not fined by IRS. In addition, we verify for child support and/or employment verifications based on the agents' SSN in addition to their name.

There is so much potential to miss an E&O deduction which would cost the MC money or relationships with agents by going back to charge this when it is caught. Without the default, the agent also anticipates a different amount versus what it actually is.

On a monthly basis, I have 15 end of month reports I run using Associate Deductions to figure bonuses or income for certain programs and business centers. Without the ability to filter with Associate Tags, We are looking at sifting through over 1000 agents to manually select those with whom the tags apply. This would take us hours each month to run reports of this nature versus the quick Ad Hocs we used as workarounds in WinMORE that took 10 minutes max to run.
