Be able to track numbers from calls, to appointments, to affiliations (recruiting) in CommandMC
If we are using CommandMC to log and track calls it should be relatively easy to generate a report that shows calls made in addition to appointments held, and affiliations. This would be a much easier way to track our conversion rates. Having to chart calls in both CommandMC and out isn't a good use of time.
