Simplify Adding Activities/Tasks to Recruits
It takes too many clicks to add a task to a recruit, and it is very hidden. You have to click on Tasks, then change checklist task dropdown to "Other Task" before the button to add task appears. The button should just be there when you go to tasks. In all honesty you shouldn't have to click tasks at all there should be a button available to do multiple tings including tasks to a recruit card. All these extra clicks take extra time. My TL said to me the other day that it feels like all she does is data entry with having to go through too many clicks to add tasks, notes, and smartplans.

System is very redundant and inefficient to use at scale for recruiting and logging communication if using the smartplan system/task... you have to click the task done, then go add a call to the timeline to get the activity to show on the timeline and to be able to record notes.... 3 items for touch...per recruit...

It takes too long to add activities like appointments, calls, notes, reminders, or meetings to a recruit. You have to go through several clicks to add important things. There should be an ever present button no matter what tab of the recruit you are on that you can just click and add whatever it is you need to add. Just like in a contact in regular command. The big plus button where you can add things.

Add An Add Activity Button To Recruit Card So It Shows No Matter What Tab You Are Looking At. It would save TLs and ATLs valuable time clicking through to add an activity like a call or meeting. Right now you have to go through several clicks to add an activity and it slow things down a lot.
