Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  5. Looker Studio Embed

    Looker Studio, aka Data Studio is an integration my MC's are using to create dashboards. This is a Google Workspace Product.

    It allows us to securly connect to google sheets data and display data the way we need it for certain things, like 201+ club.

  7. Allow Eventbrite HTML

    Allow EventBrite as an approved HTML - my agents use this to run their client events and want it on their KW site instead of sending them to the EventBrite site.

    New Estate Only is an integration that allows New Construction Homes to be searched on an agents website. The North Florida Region has added this to many agents websites.

  10. Customizable "Contact Us" Forms.

  11. Additional Featured Listings

    The 'my listings' filter for featured properties is currently all or nothing (when selected, ONLY the agent's listings will be displayed). The agent should be able to choose to have additional listings display after their listings, determined by the radius criteria set (center point, max # to display, and radius).

  12. facebook pixels

    Add Facebook Pixels to KW website using the organization area. I noticed there is a place for google analytics ID but not facebook pixel.

  13. Have custom image for team logo on contact form

    Right now, the only options for the team logo is to either have one logo or to hide the one in the marketing profile. I would love to see an option in the contact forms to be able to add your own image in the bubble for the team logo since that image has to be a certain size and does not pull across the website very well.

  14. Ability to Create Custom Contact Form

    There is only one contact card available on front landing page; I would like to create another contact form newsletters or other features. Trying to find a way to give an option for people to opt-in to my exclusive newsletter and automatically add contact to database from app. ☺️

  15. Do Not Allow WhatsApp Numbers in Lead Forms

    My lead inbox has filled with spam and bots using a WhatsApp number as their sole source of contact. They are not legit leads, so I propose each lead gets flagged if they type the word.

  16. Show All Reduced Price Properties in KW App Search Filters

    Sometimes we just want to view all homes that have had price reductions, not just the ones within the last 7 days. I'm in a market where some homes are on the market for months at a time, and it would be nice to have this as a filter.

  17. Make Neighborhoods Clickable in KW App

    Bring back the ability to see neighborhood info pages by clicking on the neighborhood in consumer APP. This was an incredible tool for clients that has disappeared with the update.

  19. Do Not Show Listing Agent Contact Information on Property Page

    Remove Listing agent contact info from App when sharing properties. When I share listings to potential buyers as the Buyers agent I would not want the listing agents contact info on there

  20. Custom Fields for Open House Forms

    We need to know if the potential buyer is working an agent and this could be added in two ways:
    1. Add a Check box: Have you signed with a Buyer Agent?

    1. Add space for the name of the Agent that the buyer is represented by. (If the answer is "Yes")
