Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

    ChatBot with Custom Information, flows, AI integration, and Appointment setting. At the moment you cannot have a chatbot that works on any page other than a custom page, which is essentially worthless. It's a relatively inexpensive and valuable tool that takes only a little time to implement that improves user experience.

  3. Add KWCARES widget to WEBSITES

    Have the ability for the agents to have the KWCARES page branded to the agent website and have terminology that it is community driven for this event and not agent to agent support . Ability to show cash collected is directed to this disaster.

    School Data should be pulled from the MLS and not from an external website like Precisely. It is wrong often in NJ.

  5. Forced Registration After Viewing Specified Number Of Photos

    Add an option to require forced registration after viewing a specified number of listing photos (i.e., 3 to 5 photos).

    Currently forced registration can be required before viewing a listing or after viewing a specified number of listings. Allowing consumers to see a few photos of the listing before forcing registration could increase conversion rates.

  8. Add oncehub to the list of approved iframes

    OnceHub is an online scheduler but it also allows for chatbots and forms. 3 in 1 solution for realtors. Here are 2 examples of it being used on my site.

  9. Zoho Desk Web Form Feedback Widget

    As MCTT I use this on a landing page distributed to Market Center Agents, providing them a place to log support tickets relating to KW Technology in our Market Center. The widget is secured via Captcha and resopnses are handled off site.

  11. Photos on site/app

    I sold a gorgeous property. buyer requested MLS remove photos except primary one post closing. Now my KW app/site only shows google view or nothing at all. Please fix it so that the primary photo can still be shown, as it in on my MLS

    I have coded my own iframe to permit my Chatbot - it is installed safely on multiple Agent websites in our offices for free (no charge) The code is hosted in my github repository.

  13. Testimonial Tree

    All of our agents at our MC utilize Testimonial Tree as their hub for all of their testimonials (similar to Real Satisfied). We would like this approved so our agents can embed their Testimonial Tree landing pages onto their KW Agent Site.

  17. Local MLS Stats Embed (InfoSparks from ShowingTime)

    Agents need to be able to automate sharing real estate market stats. May boards use stat provided by showingtime. The tool is sometimes called something different on different real estate boards.
