  3. Today, agent sites do not fully exploit their potential as a lead capture tool. And this is a huge waste, because through the Campaigns module, we can create campaigns on the Google Display Network and remarket our contacts, which is very powerful. But unfortunately we cannot use this, because we have to direct the leads to the website.

    And on the website, the experience of requesting contact with the agent is not at all intuitive:

    First, the lead needs to click on 'Contact KW' (which could be translated as 'Send Message')

    Second, a popup appears for them to log in,…

  4. Shareable searches on Agent or Consumer App. This would allow us to create a search for our potential client and send them a link from the app. I don’t know how our app doesn’t do this?

  6. Hello,
    I am looking to manually change information displayed on the website instead of having it all pulled from the Marketing Profile. As well as manually updating the layout.
    If this isn't completely possible I would be able to personally code it in HTML if there is a way to replace the required Agent information and such.

  7. I’d like to suggest the following features for the KW Site's Traffic Dashboard:

    • Visitor Counts: Total number of visitors over a specific time frame.
    • Traffic and Lead Sources: Specific breakdown of where visitors and leads are coming from, over a specific time frame (e.g., KW Paid Ad - Facebook, KW Paid Ad - Google, Smartplan, Direct Visits, etc).
    • Page Views: Number of pages viewed by visitors, indicating engagement levels.
    • Overall Traffic: Total visitors and unique users
    • Demographics: Information about visitors’ locations, devices, and other characteristics.

There is a fairly large market of people who need to buy or sell houses and do not speak English, Command is an excellent tool for follow up, however, it would be even more helpful if there were more language options. Currently there are many languages missing from the language option on the top right corner drop down menu. Many of us in our sphere have clients who speak only our first language, in my case, it is Korean. Please add Korean to the language select drop down menu and any other languages that are in need. Thank you.

  9. Please allow iFrame integration for homeowner.ai. This is a service similar to Homebot. Agents would like to imbed their custom landing page within their agent site to allow users to sign up for a homeowner portal. This is a really good lead capture system. The url slug would begin with https://homeowner.ai/...

  10. ChatBot with Custom Information, flows, AI integration, and Appointment setting. At the moment you cannot have a chatbot that works on any page other than a custom page, which is essentially worthless. It's a relatively inexpensive and valuable tool that takes only a little time to implement that improves user experience.

  12. Have the ability for the agents to have the KWCARES page branded to the agent website and have terminology that it is community driven for this event and not agent to agent support . Ability to show cash collected is directed to this disaster.

  14. Add an option to require forced registration after viewing a specified number of listing photos (i.e., 3 to 5 photos).

    Currently forced registration can be required before viewing a listing or after viewing a specified number of listings. Allowing consumers to see a few photos of the listing before forcing registration could increase conversion rates.

  19. I'm from Portugal and I want to use the default form on a landing page I am creating.
    Unfortunately in the phone number it comes with the area code of the USA as default. There is no possibility to personalize the form to have the portuguese or any other area code as the default. This causes portuguese numbers to be invalid (as simple as it is to change the area code in the website some clients might not understand it).

  20. As MCTT I use this on a landing page distributed to Market Center Agents, providing them a place to log support tickets relating to KW Technology in our Market Center. The widget is secured via Captcha and resopnses are handled off site.
