To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Many other CRM's allow you to view your client's saved searches. This is vital to understand what homes your clients are seeing. We also need a BCC feature on saved searches so we get notified when a client gets notified of a new home in their search parameters.

  2. No commerccial properties area able to be viewed on the KW APP . ALL MLS listings should be automatically syndicated to the APP without exclusions so All the clients needs can be serviced.

  3. when the customer gets the home valuation, it comes like $527.18K. The consumer does not understand. Prefer it to look like $527,180. Zillow, Realtor etc show in that format.

  7. Why is it useful?

    Imagine the situation: An agent sends the link of their consumer app to a buyer. The buyer accesses the consumer app, gets amazed by the properties they see and decides to share some listings with their family and friends.

    Instead of the agent having their network expanded by these new contacts, these new contacts come into contact with other random agents, as the consumer application shared kw.com links and not links that led to their agent website.

  8. On a team agent site, there is no ability to provide an office address other than the address for the brokerage. We have a number of teams that have free standing offices and being able to provide that address to their clients on their website would be a great benefit.

  9. Let the agent change the default text when you are inviting people to use your app, so they don't have to retype and change what they are saying everytime they share the app

  10. I have very strong incentives for people to sign up to get a Free Home Valuation from me.... so much so that if I require the phone number they will most likely give it to me. It would be a muchmore valuable lead for me if I am able to contact them by phone. Can this be done?

  11. With regards to the lawsuit and possible changes that could take place and not being able to put buyer side commission on the MLS.

    It appears that brokerages could publish the details on their websites.

    Could we have our opportunity link to our commission numbers in the corresponding opportunity fields and display to the linked KWLS listing? A new field or section. This would be independent of the MLS and any IDX fields that auto populate our websites, KWLS etc.

    All of that will remain the same, the change would be a link to those particular fields in the opporunity…

  12. The required password length is 13 characters. This is truly excessive, especially considering it requires no special characters, symbols, upper-case letters, etc.
    One could simply put in a password as: "abcdefghijklm" or "1234567890123"

  14. Add the option to add a address during the site/app registration process. Also allow the Consumer to add a profile if they wish too. Birthday, Home Anniversary, link their own social media accounts, preferred contact method, family members, decision makers, etc...

  16. The new website agent website automatically allows you open houses to populate. There should be a option to remove this off your website. Here is my concern I do not always feel comfortable at all open houses.
    I understand the general public can find open houses, but the general public should not be able to pin point where agents are every weekend.
    Right now if someone was to attain my phone number they can google me. Then my agent website comes up automatically. Then the first thing you are seeing on my website is where I am.

  17. I think it would be really cool to have a chatbot on our agent sites that will capture info from a visitor and then be able to answer basic questions while relaying that our agent will get back to them asap. Thanks!

  18. When you click on a team member through the Meet the Team page on the new Team Sites, the phone number, email, and website are not hyperlinks. They appear as though they would be, but you are not able to click on them. This would make things much easier for clients.

  19. When conducting a property search, a filter that allows agents to filter listings by days on site ie. New listings in last 7 days, would allow for more specified searches.

  20. While it is nice to have our Vendors listed on our website, the fact that the only contact info that is listed is a website is extremely limited. Not all vendors have a website. And the input screens do ask for email and phone but again that info is not translated over to the website view for the consumer. Frankly it looks like we are going to have to create something separate for ourselves.
