I want that Command have an option to change the office number to Phone number, so we can be able to customize the whole About Me form.
It gives Office number where you put your cell phone number unless you do want the office number on the how to contact me "Lets talk" part at the bottom of the website. I think its confusing for it to say office instead of Phone Number or Cell phone number. Because the lets talk section is for people to get in contact with you not the office, if they want to call the office its right under the lets talk section.

Remove the listing brokerage name and phone # from the websites thumbnails for Canadian listings
This would apply to Agent and Team sites and Consumer App.
The listings thumbnails our our Command websites display the name and phone number of the listing brokerage. This is not a requirement or is an incorrect reading of the rules. Realtor.ca, for example only displays the address, price, beds and baths and square footage. Remax websites only show the price, address, beds and bats as well as the MLS # in small font. The listing brokerage and phone numbers are only displayed in the Listings Details. Showing that information on the thumbnails refrains our agents from promoting their Command…

Justify 1st image screen left
KW website, the initial default display shows the last photo from mls on the left, the 1st photo in the center and the 2nd photo on the right. This looks quite awkward in this and many cases since the last photo is the floor plan. It would be improved by removing the last photo from the initial default display or just left justify the 1st listing photo. Accessibility for visual impairment clients
Add an accessibility feature to the KW agent website for clients who are color vision deficient/blind or have other visual impairments. The accessibility feature allows clients to change contrast, text, etc. on the client's website page. A great way to be ADA compliant in the electronic platform.

Include 6-12 months of recently sold properties on the Neighborhood Market Snapshot
On the Neighborhood Market Snapshots, increase the timeframe of "recently sold" properties that are included. Since the market has slowed in many areas, 90 days of sales isn't always sufficient to provide meaningful insights.
Many neighborhoods in my market have not had any sales in the past 90 days. Perhaps increase this to 180 days or 365 days or a dynamic value based upon the number of sales in that particular neighborhood?

Consumer Account Settings - Edit Email
Currently, there is no option for KW Consumer users, the Agent, or KW Tech Support to edit the email address associated with their account after they've signed up.
Under Account Settings, their only options are to edit their Name, Location, Update their Password, or Delete their account.
If the user wants to use a different email address for Consumer, their only option is to create a new account under that email address, which requires them to reconnect to their KW Agent under a different Contact in Command and start over from scratch with none of their existing Saved Searches or…

Allow Reversion of Saved Page Revisions
This applies to BOTH Team Site & Agent Sites. Allow Reversion of Saved Page Revisions. On the backend save the page as an archive version before saving the revision. if an error was made during the revision or the agent simply decides they want the previous version back they can click restore and that version is then the active version and all post versions are deleted. A preview should be shown to confirm the version to be restored is the one they want restored.

Open House form completion page has generic QR code, not agent specific one.
When guests fill out the openhouse sign in form, the completion screen invites the guest to use the KW App via a generic QR code. This should be linked instead to the agent specific KW app. With the generic one, the guest has to remember your name and find you in the agent list. It's a lost opportunity.

Properly Format Videos Shot in Portrait Mode
As of now, when adding a video shot in portrait mode (like on a mobile phone), the video will look fine if viewing an agent site on mobile but becomes zoomed in and cut off on desktop.
When adding a video to an agent site, the video should display properly, no matter if it's shot in portrait or landscape, across all devices instead of being inconsistent.

Real-Time Syncing of Property Information - KWLS and App
My main concern is that listing updates—such as price improvements or other changes—take too long to reflect on the platform. This delay can create confusion for both agents and clients who are actively following a property.

Option to have a custom/bought domain instead of showing the KW subdomain in URL
As of now, there is only the option to forward domains to the subdomain, but it would be nice to have a custom domain showing in the URL when on the website.

Visibility of Heading Image
There should be an option to change the shade of the heading images. Some images come out super dark or hard to see if there isn't varying details. With the option to change the heading text color, being able to change the shade of the heading images would be nice to better showcase images.

Map on agent websites to show location of sold properties
It would be awesome if we had the option to add a map with pinpoints on it to showcase recent "Solds". It could be an extra module that you add along with the listing carousel.

give us the ability to use market reports for towns and zip codes instead of neighborhoods
for my entire service area, which geographically is huge, there are only two neighborhoods available to select. both of which are incorrect. we do not have the ability to send market reports to any of our buyers, or sellers, from command. neighborhoods should be a specialty thing, thats in addition to the standard market report function. its backwords. Make the logos larger on the consumer websites!
The logos appear tiny at the top of the consumer website....this alone makes me want to purchase a website outside of KW to build better brand recognition. Could we make our logos larger? I have followed the logo parameters of 360x360 and it still appears tiny!
