To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Make the phone number and email clickable on the Landing Page, Contact Form, and other pages.

    Right now it is clickable only on the About Me form, but everywhere else it is not.

  2. Currently our clients must manually navigate to create an account on our agent and team websites. Assuming they use the same email address we have on their contact record, Command will link the agent site connection.

    We need the ability to send Command contacts an invitation via text or email to "activate" their agent site connection. This would significantly increase the conversion rate of contacts creating an account on the consumer sites.

  4. Option to collapse pages and modules by category on home page. It is very cumbersome to scroll through all the blog posts to get to the custom pages, and HTML and so on.

  5. For listings owned by KW Agents, if those addresses are searched for online the property page on KW.com isn't usually shown in the first page of Google results.

    The top results are usually Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, (the originating) MLS etc. The property page hosted on KW.com (https://www.kw.com/property/ADDRESS/ID) should be right up there but I haven't found any listing where the KW branded site comes up, even though listings sync from the various MLSes to KW.com as well.

    I would imagine that KW.com pages for KW listings should show up higher since the keyword density and brand should increase…

  7. Shareable searches on Agent or Consumer App. This would allow us to create a search for our potential client and send them a link from the app. I don’t know how our app doesn’t do this?

  8. Hello,
    I am looking to manually change information displayed on the website instead of having it all pulled from the Marketing Profile. As well as manually updating the layout.
    If this isn't completely possible I would be able to personally code it in HTML if there is a way to replace the required Agent information and such.

  9. I’d like to suggest the following features for the KW Site's Traffic Dashboard:

    • Visitor Counts: Total number of visitors over a specific time frame.
    • Traffic and Lead Sources: Specific breakdown of where visitors and leads are coming from, over a specific time frame (e.g., KW Paid Ad - Facebook, KW Paid Ad - Google, Smartplan, Direct Visits, etc).
    • Page Views: Number of pages viewed by visitors, indicating engagement levels.
    • Overall Traffic: Total visitors and unique users
    • Demographics: Information about visitors’ locations, devices, and other characteristics.

There is a fairly large market of people who need to buy or sell houses and do not speak English, Command is an excellent tool for follow up, however, it would be even more helpful if there were more language options. Currently there are many languages missing from the language option on the top right corner drop down menu. Many of us in our sphere have clients who speak only our first language, in my case, it is Korean. Please add Korean to the language select drop down menu and any other languages that are in need. Thank you.

  11. ChatBot with Custom Information, flows, AI integration, and Appointment setting. At the moment you cannot have a chatbot that works on any page other than a custom page, which is essentially worthless. It's a relatively inexpensive and valuable tool that takes only a little time to implement that improves user experience.

  13. Have the ability for the agents to have the KWCARES page branded to the agent website and have terminology that it is community driven for this event and not agent to agent support . Ability to show cash collected is directed to this disaster.

  15. Add an option to require forced registration after viewing a specified number of listing photos (i.e., 3 to 5 photos).

    Currently forced registration can be required before viewing a listing or after viewing a specified number of listings. Allowing consumers to see a few photos of the listing before forcing registration could increase conversion rates.

  19. As MCTT I use this on a landing page distributed to Market Center Agents, providing them a place to log support tickets relating to KW Technology in our Market Center. The widget is secured via Captcha and resopnses are handled off site.
