Additional Featured Listings
The 'my listings' filter for featured properties is currently all or nothing (when selected, ONLY the agent's listings will be displayed). The agent should be able to choose to have additional listings display after their listings, determined by the radius criteria set (center point, max # to display, and radius).

Have custom image for team logo on contact form
Right now, the only options for the team logo is to either have one logo or to hide the one in the marketing profile. I would love to see an option in the contact forms to be able to add your own image in the bubble for the team logo since that image has to be a certain size and does not pull across the website very well.

Buyer Commission Shown on Agent Site Listings
With regards to the lawsuit and possible changes that could take place and not being able to put buyer side commission on the MLS.
It appears that brokerages could publish the details on their websites.
Could we have our opportunity link to our commission numbers in the corresponding opportunity fields and display to the linked KWLS listing? A new field or section. This would be independent of the MLS and any IDX fields that auto populate our websites, KWLS etc.
All of that will remain the same, the change would be a link to those particular fields in the opporunity…

Allow Override of MC Logo on Team Sites
Currently on the team sites you can not change the MC logo in the top left of the team site. It surfaces from the MC site. Because of this when a team customizes their team site, the logo may not match the theme the team is using. In the solo agent side you are able to go into expert mode and override the logo that is placed there or remove it altogether. In the team side the override is there but it does nothing. Open House form completion page has generic QR code, not agent specific one.
When guests fill out the openhouse sign in form, the completion screen invites the guest to use the KW App via a generic QR code. This should be linked instead to the agent specific KW app. With the generic one, the guest has to remember your name and find you in the agent list. It's a lost opportunity.

Local Realty Services Provided By Other Real Estate Team on My Listing
The "Local Listing Services Provided By [Office Name]" text appears on listings on our agents websites on their listings under the listing office brokerage information.
This needs to be removed entirely so that only the listing agent's information is present, to ensure lead capture is directed solely to the listing agent.7 votes -
Allow biometric log on to Command App
Every day when I try to use the Command app on my phone, I'm required to enter my password. Since it is a strong password it actually prohibits me from using the app until i can get it on my computer. It would be much easier and just as secure if I could use my fingerprint to log on.

Enable SMS Delivery for eSignature on DocuSign
DocuSign can already send signature requests as a text message, but that feature has not been integrated into the KW-provided accounts. I would love to get the feature added so I can reach signers through real-time notifications sent directly to their mobile devices.

Integrate Google Tag Manager too our Websites
Integrating Google Tag Manager into our KW websites. Since our sites are run off the Brightspot platform, and they have an integration with Google Tag Manager:

Property Search Sold Limited by Time
The Sold and Rented properties on the search are great, but they need to be limited by time. When you search active, you don't need that limitation, but for sold properties, we're now returning properties sold any time. Zillow limits this by replacing the listing by address - each address can have only one listing, the most recent sale or status, but the MLS uses unique MLS numbers which will get assigned each time the property is listed.

Filter by HOA
The Command Consumer sites and apps don't have an option to filter homes For Sale by whether or not they have an HOA; it would be an extremely valuable features for users--more valuable, I believe, than the "Has Parking" filter since "parking" can be arbitrary whereas an HOA requirement either is or isn't.

Agents need the ability to see analytics of their listings like number of clicks, views, saves. In a shifting market, and longer days on markets, agents need to be able to build reports and share data with sellers.

Consumer collaboration feature similar to Compass One
