Buyer Commission Shown on Agent Site Listings
With regards to the lawsuit and possible changes that could take place and not being able to put buyer side commission on the MLS.
It appears that brokerages could publish the details on their websites.
Could we have our opportunity link to our commission numbers in the corresponding opportunity fields and display to the linked KWLS listing? A new field or section. This would be independent of the MLS and any IDX fields that auto populate our websites, KWLS etc.
All of that will remain the same, the change would be a link to those particular fields in the opporunity…

Do Not Show Listing Agent Contact Information on Property Page
Remove Listing agent contact info from App when sharing properties. When I share listings to potential buyers as the Buyers agent I would not want the listing agents contact info on there

Show Vendors' Emails and Phone Numbers
While it is nice to have our Vendors listed on our website, the fact that the only contact info that is listed is a website is extremely limited. Not all vendors have a website. And the input screens do ask for email and phone but again that info is not translated over to the website view for the consumer. Frankly it looks like we are going to have to create something separate for ourselves.

Improve KW.com SEO for KW Listings
For listings owned by KW Agents, if those addresses are searched for online the property page on KW.com isn't usually shown in the first page of Google results.
The top results are usually Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, (the originating) MLS etc. The property page hosted on KW.com (https://www.kw.com/property/ADDRESS/ID) should be right up there but I haven't found any listing where the KW branded site comes up, even though listings sync from the various MLSes to KW.com as well.
I would imagine that KW.com pages for KW listings should show up higher since the keyword density and brand should increase…

Additional Featured Listings
The 'my listings' filter for featured properties is currently all or nothing (when selected, ONLY the agent's listings will be displayed). The agent should be able to choose to have additional listings display after their listings, determined by the radius criteria set (center point, max # to display, and radius).

Shorten Password Length Requirement for Registration
The required password length is 13 characters. This is truly excessive, especially considering it requires no special characters, symbols, upper-case letters, etc.
One could simply put in a password as: "abcdefghijklm" or "1234567890123"7 votes -
Property Search Sold Limited by Time
The Sold and Rented properties on the search are great, but they need to be limited by time. When you search active, you don't need that limitation, but for sold properties, we're now returning properties sold any time. Zillow limits this by replacing the listing by address - each address can have only one listing, the most recent sale or status, but the MLS uses unique MLS numbers which will get assigned each time the property is listed.

Allow biometric log on to Command App
Every day when I try to use the Command app on my phone, I'm required to enter my password. Since it is a strong password it actually prohibits me from using the app until i can get it on my computer. It would be much easier and just as secure if I could use my fingerprint to log on.

give us the ability to use market reports for towns and zip codes instead of neighborhoods
for my entire service area, which geographically is huge, there are only two neighborhoods available to select. both of which are incorrect. we do not have the ability to send market reports to any of our buyers, or sellers, from command. neighborhoods should be a specialty thing, thats in addition to the standard market report function. its backwords.
