To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. If a consumer opens the app looking for open houses to go to, they currently only see future open houses rather than ones that are happening right now. That means that as soon as an open house starts, it is no longer visible in our app. Our competitors and our MLS's continue to show the open house until it is over.

  2. Add filter to not show Active-CTG in the search on the web and app.

    This way clients ask to see property that is under contract.

  3. Open House info is very time sensitive and should be displayed at the top of the consumer site details page in red just under the property address so it is one of the first things a consumer see when visiting a property online.

  6. When a member of multiple market centers allow agent to select primary market center in the consumer app and on their site instead of the defaulting to the lowest market center ID number

  7. It would be great to have the option for lead gen forms be mandatory for landing pages. Also, if these forms could be customizable to allow for different questions to be input like google forms, that would be great!

  8. A report to see the list of people who downloaded that agent's KW app.
    We only see our ranking and the number of downloads on the report available on mykw but we're not seeing any list of people of downloaded it. Thank you!

  9. Make the phone number and email clickable on the Landing Page, Contact Form, and other pages.

    Right now it is clickable only on the About Me form, but everywhere else it is not.

  11. Shareable searches on Agent or Consumer App. This would allow us to create a search for our potential client and send them a link from the app. I don’t know how our app doesn’t do this?

  12. Hello,
    I am looking to manually change information displayed on the website instead of having it all pulled from the Marketing Profile. As well as manually updating the layout.
    If this isn't completely possible I would be able to personally code it in HTML if there is a way to replace the required Agent information and such.

  13. Add an option to require forced registration after viewing a specified number of listing photos (i.e., 3 to 5 photos).

    Currently forced registration can be required before viewing a listing or after viewing a specified number of listings. Allowing consumers to see a few photos of the listing before forcing registration could increase conversion rates.

  15. We need to be able to input a floating WhatsApp button on to our websites. Most of our clients prefer to use WhatsApp for the first contact and conversation with our agents.

  16. Example: Ability to upload a list of email address into Command campaign manger without having to import them into command first. This would be helpful if we are trying to run ads to people in a data farm, expired listings, FSBOs etc. without having them in our data base. Once they respond to our ads, we can add them to the data base. This will help us keep our databases clean and manageable.

  18. I would love to see the ability to add your own custom colors for your website theme instead of the 5 color themes that are available. I feel like a lot more people would love this idea to make their website more customizable and branded towards them.

  20. Once a home is being favorited on the agent app, the client should have the ability to save or rank them in priority order that also communicates that into Command on the agents side. This would allow consumers and agents be able to schedule showings for clients quicker based on their rankings. lt would also allow agent's to have conversations with non-client's about homes that are at the top of their list that they may move quicker so scheduling a showing sooner would be beneficial.
