To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Within the Expert Mode Website Editor, users have the ability to add a Custom Video to the background of the Listing Search Module on the Homepage and Property Landing Pages via the "Featured Image/Video" section.

    When creating Custom Site Pages and Standalone Landing Pages, Associates would like to add video to Page Header sections, but this functionality is not available in the templates for these pages. On other pages, there is only the option to select static "Background Image" from the Website Content Library.

  2. Allow each agent sites their own fav.ico. Favicons matter because they enhance the visibility and recognizability of the brand of the website.

  3. I'd like the opportunity to install a custom HTML, Iframe, or even Rich Text on my home page. Right now, I can only do that by putting them on separate pages.

  5. If I'm trying to create a saved search for my contact with some very specific things which I can pull out by adding keywords to the Filters, it would be great if they were sticky. They are currently not saved with the search.

  8. Make the phone number and email clickable on the Landing Page, Contact Form, and other pages.

    Right now it is clickable only on the About Me form, but everywhere else it is not.

  10. Shareable searches on Agent or Consumer App. This would allow us to create a search for our potential client and send them a link from the app. I don’t know how our app doesn’t do this?

  11. We need to be able to input a floating WhatsApp button on to our websites. Most of our clients prefer to use WhatsApp for the first contact and conversation with our agents.

  12. When you click on a team member through the Meet the Team page on the new Team Sites, the phone number, email, and website are not hyperlinks. They appear as though they would be, but you are not able to click on them. This would make things much easier for clients.

  13. Recommendation: Enable Google Talk Integration Within the Command App

    Many agents operate with one physical phone and two separate phone numbers — a personal number and a Google Talk number used exclusively for business. Google Talk allows us to maintain clean boundaries; personal calls come through our main line, and all real estate–related communication uses our Google Talk number.

    Current Issue:
    Within the Command App, the “Call & Text” functionality defaults to the phone’s native number. There is no option to place calls through the Google Talk number, which forces agents to either:

  14. Preventing script tags blocks the use of JSON-LD structured data, which is now the primary standard for SEO and AI discoverability. Allowing this tag enables Google, Bing, and emerging AI agents to properly parse rich data like FAQs, reviews, and local business info... directly boosting visibility and engagement in search results.

  15. KWW Agents located outside of the US and Canada would like a version of the Mortgage Calculator module that supports alternate currency (ex. Euros) or for the built-in Mortgage Calculator module to be customizable to support Euros and other non-USD currency.

    For example, this one from the Banco de España.

  16. Why can't we add the modules that are available for custom pages to default pages? Mostly just looking for a rich text module option on the about the agent page - the formatting for the default agent modules is terrible.

  17. When viewing my KW website—or any other KW agent's site—in Firefox or Chrome, there is a brief moment before the page loads where you can see icons and text.

    I shared the issue with my web designer who thinks it's because KW agent sites do not have a pre-loader.

    Consider adding one or otherwise address this issue because it looks like a mistake.

  18. Currently, there is no option for KW Consumer users, the Agent, or KW Tech Support to edit the email address associated with their account after they've signed up.

    Under Account Settings, their only options are to edit their Name, Location, Update their Password, or Delete their account.

    If the user wants to use a different email address for Consumer, their only option is to create a new account under that email address, which requires them to reconnect to their KW Agent under a different Contact in Command and start over from scratch with none of their existing Saved Searches or…

  19. As of now, when adding a video shot in portrait mode (like on a mobile phone), the video will look fine if viewing an agent site on mobile but becomes zoomed in and cut off on desktop.

    When adding a video to an agent site, the video should display properly, no matter if it's shot in portrait or landscape, across all devices instead of being inconsistent.

  20. The logos appear tiny at the top of the consumer website....this alone makes me want to purchase a website outside of KW to build better brand recognition. Could we make our logos larger? I have followed the logo parameters of 360x360 and it still appears tiny!
