Marketing Profile: Additional field needed for alternate or display website URL
Marketing Profile should have an additional field for public-facing KW Profiles for an alternate website URL, OR a "display" website URL.
This is the URL shown in their Agent Profile in KW.com Agent search or the KW App. Some KW Agents/Team prefer to promote themselves using self-hosted, non-KW site (ex. a WordPress site hosted by GoDaddy) or using a custom domain URL they've purchased that automatically redirects to their KW Site.
Associates using alternate website URLs still want to utilize the benefits of the Command-integrated Consumer functionality and tools such as Saved Searches in order to share properties with clients…

Expand on the Market Data in Neighborhoods
It would be very helpful to expand on the market data available in the neighborhood we assign to a profile. For example, home appreciation, breaking it down by type of home (single family, condo, multi-family, etc...)

SmartPlan Email Deliverability & Signature Issues
I am experiencing two key issues with the email functionality in KW Command:
Email Deliverability – Emails sent through SmartPlans, particularly to new leads from Facebook, are going directly to junk folders. Since these recipients are first-time contacts, they cannot pre-register my KW email, making this an ongoing issue. This significantly impacts engagement and response rates.
Email Signature – While I can add a text signature, I am unable to include the professional image signature I created, which is essential for maintaining my brand consistency.

Link Featured Properties together on Agent Sites Homepage to enable smoother and quicker Forced Registration.

Add Korean to language option
There is a fairly large market of people who need to buy or sell houses and do not speak English, Command is an excellent tool for follow up, however, it would be even more helpful if there were more language options. Currently there are many languages missing from the language option on the top right corner drop down menu. Many of us in our sphere have clients who speak only our first language, in my case, it is Korean. Please add Korean to the language select drop down menu and any other languages that are in need. ChatBot with Custom Information, flows, AI integration, and Appointment setting. At the moment you cannot have a chatbot that works on any page other than a custom page, which is essentially worthless. It's a relatively inexpensive and valuable tool that takes only a little time to implement that improves user experience.

Photos on site/app
I sold a gorgeous property. buyer requested MLS remove photos except primary one post closing. Now my KW app/site only shows google view or nothing at all. Please fix it so that the primary photo can still be shown, as it in on my MLS

Real Scout/Real Intent integration?
I've been using the Real Scout/Real Intent tools for several months. Every single day, I get multiple notifications that my clients, contacts and people from the zip codes I've specified, have viewed the home valuation reports they are sent monthly. I never see that from Command. The RS/RI platform appears to be VERY sticky for sellers- something we're all hoping to accomplish. I'd like to see something similar from KW. Additionally, RS/RI allows me to see the activity of each contact, and to communicate with them through the portal. Not sure if it's possible to integrate this functionality into Command,…

Google Gemini AI
Can we get Google Gemini AI integration? After talking to support this is not something we currently have with our Google Workspace account. The new version of Gemini AI allows for it to be integrated automatically into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and other Google Workspace Apps allowing you to use Gemini to draft email, formulas, graphs, and more directly into the Apps without leaving it. Other brokerages may start implementing this already and would be great to be ahead of the curve without falling behind the ever growing tech race!

Value of a Dedicated "Coming Soon" Section
A dedicated section on the agent site where consumers could search for coming soon listings. This should pull the listings from the Internal Listings Shared with KW Agents Internationally. That way agents could post listings that are coming soon or yet to hit MLS making it easier for consumers to discover upcoming properties.

Recommendation: Enable Google Talk Integration Within the Command App
Many agents operate with one physical phone and two separate phone numbers — a personal number and a Google Talk number used exclusively for business. Google Talk allows us to maintain clean boundaries; personal calls come through our main line, and all real estate–related communication uses our Google Voice number.
Current Issue:
Within the Command App, the “Call & Text” functionality defaults to the phone’s native number. There is no option to place calls through the Google Talk number, which forces agents to either:
