Need to correct Order of Website Blog articles under "Take it From Our Experts" 4 part series for "Your First Time Homebuyers Guide."
Under Take it From Our Experts there is a 4-part series on First Time Homebuyers Guide. Unfortunately that cannot be order sorted by Part 1,2,3 4.
The sort options are alpha ascending, descending, or most recent article or oldest. But none of these sorting options produces the correct sequencing of the series which logically should be in the following order:

Part 2
Part 3

Agent Website Home Search
There should be an option for us to have pre-loaded city searches on our website just like Zillow. This will allow us to compete with third party search engines and direct clients to KW websites by using titles such as "'City' Homes for Sale" as the website title for our desired targeted areas.

I’d like to propose a multi-category blog system enhancement for KW Command websites that allows agents to organize and display their content more effectively. Currently, all blog posts in Command exist as standalone pages under one generic “Blog” section, which limits both SEO optimization and user experience. The goal is to introduce a structure where agents can create and assign posts to categories such as Market Updates, Community News, Homeowner Tips, or Seller Guides. Update estimated monthly tax pmt to reflect new sales price, not an old one.
Have the monthly pmt widget show an accurate monthly tax pmt at the new offer price, not the old selling price. Often times homes that sold 20 years ago have a tax basis 5 to 10 X less than current market values. This means that the widget shows a tax payment which is incredibly low and inaccurate.
Example: A home is on the market for $1.3M yet the widget shows a monthly tax pmt of $91/mo, based on a 1995 selling price of $135k.
The correct estimated tax pmt should be ~1% of the $1.3M price, which is $1,083/mo.1 vote -

Search & edit our "Collections" that we created in Command on our app please.
Access to what we can do in Command on our laptop/desktop should be the same via our smartphone apps as more and more agents use our phones to conduct business now.

Add Extra Security to Contact Forms
We're currently getting way too many spam leads through our agent websites. It would be great to see a multi-factor authentication or something saying that "I'm not a human" before people submit a form that can help alleviate the amount of spam leads that come in through the websites.

Listing List Module with neighborhood filter
Listing List Module with neighborhood filter - having the ability to add a search filter by neighborhood to the listing list module. I would love to build out a custom page for a particular community, with the ability to add a listing list module for just that community. The keyword filter is not reliable enough for this. I know we have neighborhood pages

Increase the radius of the map search on locations.kw.com
On locations when a prospect searches a town in a rural location the map zooms in so much that it often returns no results making people think that there are no KWs in that area. If the map didn't zoom in quite as much more often the note the user would receive results.

Command es una excelente herramienta pero muchos agentes me exigen la traducción total y no a medias en diferentes pestañas de Command, Connect, KW APP y sitios del Agente. Importante empezar a asentar esto en nuestra compañía. La traducción en la opción de Command no es al 100%.

Reformat the layout of individual blog post pages. Currently, the head, subhead, and publish date are offset to the left of the photo and text of the post. It looks like a mistake and is very imbalanced & unprofessional.

Social App
I am in the Agent Service role at my Brokerage and communication with our agents is difficult. I would like an APP that I could post in like we do our Facebook group page. I feel that it is hard to get them to sign into FB, but if there were an app that they could download that would alert them to just our notifications that would be an extremely helpful app

KWI Reports
I’d like to raise a concern regarding the Market Center Associate Rankings (or Agent Rankings by type) no longer being available on the KWI website. We now have to download the report from Command, which we’ve been doing in order to continue sending it out to all KW Heritage agents on a monthly basis.
However, we’ve received some negative feedback—mostly related to the layout of the new report. It's not as user-friendly, especially on mobile devices, and has proven harder to read.

Remove duplicate listings when a property is listed in multiple MLS boards
When a property is listed on multiple MLS boards for areas that overlap, please have the App and Agent website remove those duplicates so that it only shows one of them. I am in an area of Punta Gorda, FL where multiple MLSs overlap and so most properties are listed in both, sometimes 3 or 4 MLS boards. When I view them in the KW App and website they show up as duplicates. This is very frustrating for my customers having to scroll through multiple copies of the same listing. Sites like realtor.com and zillow.com don't show duplicates like this.

I want that Command have an option to change the office number to Phone number, so we can be able to customize the whole About Me form.
It gives Office number where you put your cell phone number unless you do want the office number on the how to contact me "Lets talk" part at the bottom of the website. I think its confusing for it to say office instead of Phone Number or Cell phone number. Because the lets talk section is for people to get in contact with you not the office, if they want to call the office its right under the lets talk section.

Justify 1st image screen left
KW website, the initial default display shows the last photo from mls on the left, the 1st photo in the center and the 2nd photo on the right. This looks quite awkward in this and many cases since the last photo is the floor plan. It would be improved by removing the last photo from the initial default display or just left justify the 1st listing photo.
