To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Team Account - Client exists in both Personal and Team accounts. Their Personal account is the one associated with (Agent Site Connection) I prefer to only have the contact in the Team account vs the Personal account. What will happen if I delete the contact from the Personal account?   2. Upon signing up for my website, I would like a field for birthday. This way i would be able to send out birthday wishes through command.

  3. When checked off or using filter, In the map and lists it would be nice to show only the new listings uploaded on that day. And/or showing new listings uploaded since the last time a consumer did a search. It would be very useful for consumers searching for property and checking the website everyday.

  4. Just curious, but who are we partnered with to provide the home value price range? It appears to be $30-50k lower than the actual comps in my area?

  5. Since we have the new sites, we can no longer customize buyer and seller guides, and they are still visiable on the mobile app.

  6. When conducting a property search, a filter that allows agents to filter listings by days on site ie. New listings in last 7 days, would allow for more specified searches.

  9. Augmented reality for paint,flooring, appliances
    It would be great to have an augmented reality app that can show buyers what a home would look like with different paint color on walls, different floors and new appliances. If it could also some how link to Home Depot or Lowes for the cost of such updates would be awesome. This would definitely help fighting the "I don't like the paint color. " objections, and help new investors estimate rehab cost on any flip.

  10. In areas that allow Short term Vacation Rentals, a filter for this is important in many coastal areas, and in Hawaii.

  11. I think Neighborhood Snapshots should be a page on our KW site that the consumer can access after logging in. It would then be easier for an client to reference it between MNN/BWNN emails and points them back to a singular location.

  12. If a consumer selects to view more than just Active listings on their app, such as Pendings or Solds, the price pins should show up on the map with a different color. Right now, when multiple statuses are selected, they all have the black pin. To figure out the status of a property, you have to open it up and scroll down to find the listing status.

  13. Haven't seen this anywhere and Labs suggested that I put it here. The square footage on the app, website, being inputted into command...everywhere...is only showing the AGLA. This is a big deal for clients. They are used to looking at the TFLA. The information is a bit misleading and confusing for clients.

  14. Another real estate app (realtor.com) has a neighborhood noise indicator and we have heard feedback from our sphere that this is a great feature. Would love to have this added to our Consumer App.

  15. When my Clients open my personalized app, I would like for my listings to show up first. Then scroll neighborhood listings. Or at least when they are searching in the area of my listing, that my listings show up first.

  16. On the Search tab, in List View, when looking at a property there is no way to view a map from this screen. It would be nice to be able to see a map in the photos like Zillow does, and the ability to tap on the address and open a map to see the property location.

  17. The biggest and most often repeated reason clients say they don't use our APP is because they are looking on their phones or iPad and the screen won't rotate to horizontal view. Can we fix this? (I'd like to keep my clients integrated in the APP and with Command)

As part of the effort to transform the KW Consumer App into a full-featured client portal, an Offer and Contract Management Hub needs to be developed because once a client is ready to make an offer, the process often moves outside the app (email, PDFs, separate platforms), leading to confusion and dropped communications.

    Suggested Improvements include:
    - Enabling offer submissions directly in the app
    - Adding real-time offer tracking with status updates
    - Integrating with DocuSign or Dotloop for e-signatures
    - Centralizing disclosures, contracts, and documents
    - Adding secure in-app chat threads for agents, clients, and coordinators

  20. It gives Office number where you put your cell phone number unless you do want the office number on the how to contact me "Lets talk" part at the bottom of the website. I think its confusing for it to say office instead of Phone Number or Cell phone number. Because the lets talk section is for people to get in contact with you not the office, if they want to call the office its right under the lets talk section.
