As a new agent, I’m genuinely surprised that this functionality isn’t already available in Command. Having the ability to create custom contact forms feels like a no-brainer, especially for those of us who are actively publishing content on our agent websites. It would be a huge step forward in helping us better connect with and serve our clients.

As someone who creates a lot of PDF ebook content, this would be extremely valuable and help automate this part of the workflow. Right now I have to manually type the email and send the attachment with this content. When dealing with hundreds of inbound requests, I run the risk of missing out on business.
