Sort by Columns in Associates
Currently there is only one setting for how agents are sorted within the Associates Applet, alphabetically by first name. It would be nice if we could sort by anniversary date, license expiration date, number of contacts, etc. so we can easily see when emails need to be sent to them, i.e. congrats on another year of association with KW, reminder that their license is about to expire, congrats for entering the 201+ club.

This has been released! Yippee!

If the Associates list were able to be sorted & filtered, we could create a top-down list of associates that need to be followed up with from a retention stand point.
For example:
* Log into Command MC --> Associates
* Sort Associates by "Last Contacted"
* Start reaching out to agents you haven't spoken with in some time. -

We currently have the ability to search in the associates tab by active or inactive, but it would be great to be able to search based on roles. For example, be able to filter only the agents (A), or only the administrative staff (PO's).

Adding birthdays so that they are accessible as a view with sort options to make it easier to view in a page format, or even the option to run a birthday report.

Currently, the associates page is limited to displaying associates in alphabetical order. However, implementing the ability to sort associates by categories such as production would greatly enhance our ability to target specific lists for care calls, trainings, and other important tasks. Furthermore, incorporating a sorting feature based on the languages spoken by associates would significantly improve lead distribution. Additionally, having the option to sort associates by the number of contacts they have would enable us to effectively identify agents who require tech consults.
By implementing these sorting options, we can optimize our workflow and increase efficiency in various areas of our operations.

Have a report on KW Reports (or inside CommandMC!) breaking down associate closings on a rolling 12 months showing who is R1 and who is R2 - 0-7 closings and 8+ closings.
