Provide a "Reject" Option for Termination Requests

There should be a "reject" options for Termination Requests. We (MCAs) understand that an undo button is probably not possible due to listing attachment. However, a reject button should be available. While this would create a delay in the agents' ability to create a new offer, if agents are following proper timeline procedures, there should be enough time between a cancelled contract and a new offer/commission being submitted to allow for an accept/reject option.

    There are often times that agents even terminate accidently. But having an option to even have them change and re-submit would be nice.

    Or when an agent submits a termination request, sometimes it only needs a simple edit. MCAs sometimes know better than the agent!

    Once an agent submits a commission request, the only button they have available is to request termination.
    In our market center, we have a team and a couple individual agents who frequently ask for commission request to be returned for adjustments.
    Is it possible to create a "request return" button?

    There needs to be a way either the agent or the MCA can clear out a termination request without terminating for various reason. One example is we had an agent accidentally request a termination on a commision request but the commission was already posted in winmore and closed out.

    Agents terminate a commission when it's not needed. For example; a price adjustment, adding a deduction, closing date change. It would be nice as an MCA to be able to remove the termination so an agent can email the MCA and we can make the adjustment for them.

    An agent or MCA should be able to undo termination requests if there is an error.

    These cannot be cleared if an agent requests termination of a DA that has already been created and posted. We have many of those after what seemed to be a glitch on alot of transactions where the termination requests were on closed and posted transactions.

    Having to create a new offer and new DA for an agent when they simply are requesting a new DA to remove a donation or change the closing date seems excessive when it throws off our Written Volume reports.

    When agent or TC submits a termination request for a commission tab by mistake or in error there is no way to deny or "return" it, only to confirm termination
