Agents Capped This Period Report in Standard Reports
Recreation of winmore Capped agents this period is a must! We celebrate our cappers monthly and without this report we have no way of pulling this data.
It would also be helpful for some sort of alert to pop up when closing the Transaction to highlight that the agent as just capped.

We pulled this report daily to see who has Capped, then we updated our Cap Mgmt sheet. We recognized these agents on a weekly basis at our weekly agent meeting. The current standard "Cap Mgmt" report takes far too much data extrapolation to determine who has Capped in the current month. We need a report stating "Here is who has Capped this month so far".

This is not only important for promoting our agent wins, but MCs use this to determine the length of time that capping agents contribute company dollar into the market center from their roll date, which is critical to market center success.

Agree with most of the comments (stopped reading after the first handful). We celebrate our cappers at Team Meeting each month, thru social posts when they cap and other ways. It's CRUCIAL to the agents.

We use this for recognition and retention for Social posts and yard signs. Not sure why it was not included with the transition.

This is a critical report! Knowing who capped and being able to celebrate that is part of what sets KW apart. Without this report, auditing cap management, celebrating cappers, etc. would be next to impossible.
