This change has completely torpedoed our market centre processes for Listings and Transactions and has made our workflow much harder and slower. It's really important to have these filters back!

My compliance coordinator and I both are having trouble locating transactions that need to be closed. This is affecting our promised turn around times for payments to our agents. Please rectify this. Thank you.

Having these options - specifcially Representation Side and Transaction Type - are critical to navigate and locate specific transactions.
After the recent changes, the process of finding a particular transaction is extremely time-consuming, and it really slows things down. I know we are not the only one experiencing this—others have mentioned the same issue—so we feel this should be highly prioritized.

Our Deal Coordinators are wasting so much time trying to find which compliance items are their responsibility. This is a critical item for our market centre work flow which needs to be corrected.

The biggest issues are:
Not being able to filter by opportunity type, ie. Listing or Buyer
Not being able to filter by "sub checklist" ie. Listed, Consultation, Under Contract, Closed
Cant see the opportunity name in list view
In the old version, if you searched anything (Opp ID, Name, Address, etc.) it would show you if there were results in a filter that was not selected (approved, rejected, etc.). Now you cannot see that, you have to check off all "compliance statuses" to find it
If you sort by anything (Close date, Opp ID, last submitted, etc.), when you come back to the list, it reverts back to the default -

Our staff can not longer determine which is their responsibility. They have to go through each one. They are frustrated because so much time is wasted. My OP isn't happy with having to pay extra people because everyone is doing double duty to check which is their responsibility.

Please bring it back! We are wasting a lot of time trying to complete tasks in each opportunity that is relevant to our job. We are a busy market center and this is effecting our job flow.

This feature is critical for operational efficiency, especially in high-volume Market Centres.
The ability to sort by Opportunity Type and Compliance Event directly impacts how effectively admin teams can perform their work. Different staff members and departments are responsible for specific types of tasks or compliance items—listing coordinators handle listings, compliance staff review documents, and deal coordinators manage under contract and closed files.
When sorting options are removed, all tasks are pooled together, forcing admins to sift through compliance requests that aren’t relevant to them. This not only leads to frustration and confusion, but also a significant waste of time, especially when there are 40+ items to manually review. For high-volume Market Centres, that inefficiency adds up quickly and directly affects turnaround times, accuracy, and service to agents.
Bringing back the ability to sort is not just a quality-of-life improvement—it’s a necessary tool for proper workflow management and delegation across departments.
Please prioritize the return of this function so we can continue to support our agents and teams with accuracy and efficiency.

This is critical for me to be able to sort only the listed folder. It is inefficient for me to have to look at all folders submitted to find the ones I work with.

It is critical for us as a MC to have the ability to sort by folders when in the Compliance area. We have specific staff members assigned to specific folders and it is NOT efficient for them to have to weed through 40 Plus compliance requests for all folders to find the ones that apply to them.
