How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. It would be helpful for Leadership to have the ability to find all MC Associates who add a military affiliation to their Marketing Profile. Alternately, adding that field to their "My Profile" and making it possible for Leadership to search and filter Associates for both Military Affiliation and Languages spoken from within the Associates Applet.

  2. We have a new agent that joined our market center and we are in the process of making business cards. We don't have a way to look up his agent website without asking him directly. It's not listed in white pages nor Command MC in his associate card. It would be nice to have the agent website address listed in Command MC under the contact information section instead of having to ask the agent for their KW Website Address.

  3. Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.

  4. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

  5. Display the associate's production status in the dashboard - an easy way to see if the associate is active, referral only, or an admin. This would minimize the clicks we'd have to make to verify.

    Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

    Please let us know so that we can work on ideating this for you!

  7. I would like a portal for the agent to see all of their KWRI expenses - MAPS/EVENTS/TRAINING/MARKETPLACE with name, date charged, etc. There is not one place for them to collect that information at year end currently and they have to email multiple departments to get their expenses

  8. Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

  9. Request the addition of KWUID as a search parameter within the Associates applet to enhance our ability to locate associate records more efficiently. Currently, the absence of this parameter limits the ease with which we can directly access records tied to specific KWUIDs.

    Feature: Addition of KWUID as a searchable field/parameter within the Associates applet.
    Purpose: To enable users to search directly by KWUID, improving access speed and data accuracy.

  10. When an agent joins us there is no option for them to select Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language. The only option is Chinese...but there's no such language. It's Mandarin or Cantonese, and they are vastly different languages.

  11. After 1099's are released, MCA's receive multiple requests from VR agents asking for their user name so they can log in and access their Profit Share 1099 - PLEASE make this visable to us!

  12. When logging activities in the timeline of an associate or recruit in command mc or in the contact record of command, if you are manually logging multiple items in the same day, they do not stay in order. For example:

    The Order Activities are Entered:
    Text 1(sent)
    Text 2 (Received)
    Text 3 (sent)

    The order they are shown in the timeline is as follows:
    Text 2 (received)
    Text 3 (sent)
    Text 1 (sent)

    This makes it very difficult to follow notes, texts, conversations being logged. The activities should be in the order entered

  13. Now that we are using Command to Onboard new Agents, could we also add in a similar method for the Declination process of Vested Associates?

    So similar to onboarding, (we now can send an invite link, the new Associate walks through prompts, there's a video of Jay Papasan explaining Profit Share, and so on...)

    Can KWRI develop a similar portal for the Profit Share declination process?

    For example, when someone says they do not want to be in the KW PS program, we would send them the secure link, which also cc's back to KWRI's MCA Division Support.

  14. Would be great to add a field when we are removing associate in MC Command, asking where the agent went... Referral, C21, RE/MAX etc. And then later, it would be great to have reports showing summary of where our agents went!

  15. Currently- the activity options are solely Call, Meeting or Text. Would like an option to log an activity for Email that might not have necessarily been through a campaign. (i.e, an agent conversation)
