    This would be huge. I just came in to recommend being able to search the customer database by town because right now all we have is "address".

    As an example, If I search for "Hightstown", I'll be pulling back addresses for "Princeton-Hightstown Road" which crosses through FOUR distinct towns with VERY different messaging requirements.

    Allowing users to search all fields in the database via an advanced window would be very powerful. I think we're close with how it's built now.

    adding to this the ability to filter by bounced addresses. Would allow us to maintain cleaner databases.

    I have to imagine it's somewhat simple to add this to the timeline, as the reports widget is capturing this now. It's not real useful in the manner it's presented, but it's there.

    This is massively important in order to understand what marketing approaches are working in terms of opens/clicks/replies etc. Right now, it's sort of a shot in the dark.

    I'm at a 7-10K per month send rate now, so am well past the point of manual tick marks, so to speak.
