Please explain your process for documents when delivering them to agents. Are you emailing, printing, etc.?
Would you like Page 1 plus all of the Associate Details to print together, or Page 1 plus each Associate's Details to print as separate files?

The inability to bulk print DAs in Transactions is a massive time suck. Agents often want us to provide all of their DAs with detail pages from the previous month and having to do this one at a time and pull the detail pages separately is very time consuming. It's also critical for those of us that pay GRT on a monthly basis to be able to see at a glance where the property closed, the GCI and the tax amount in one place. I used to do this by just printing all DAs on any given deposit and scrolling through them in one PDF file. Having to key in each transaction one at a time will take much longer. PLEASE add a feature like we used to have in Winmore to print DAs and the option to include DA detail pages.

Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

PLEASE split out the outside referrals into line items like the old DA detail pages used to. We pay out gross receipts tax on every transaction and we code this as an "outside referral" to NM Taxation and Rev Dept. When there is another referral on a deal, it's really confusing for the agents to show these as a lump sum and not break them out.
