Save searches should be enabled for all Contacts despite of them using the KW App. Just like Matrix, Flex, Brivity, Chime, Top Producer and other CRM's. As of now, if the contact does not use the App, the save search will NOT go out.

Date Based Smartplans
I would love for there to be an option for date based SmartPlans. Where you can excluded weekends or even trigger SmartPlans to happen on certain days. For example similar to the birthday plan and home anniversary plan, have where you can do a wedding anniversary smartplan or even on certain holidays have it trigger that way you don't have to remember to set it up X amount of days before the holiday.

flow chart if/then smartplans automation
agent would like smartplans to would more like https://keap.com/ on keap they use an if/then mapping chart, so that if very specific interactions happen then it will change the flow of the plan as needed. so like our remove triggers but wayyy more in depth

Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns.
Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns. more characters or space is needed to see the full name of the smarptlans. The other columns like date need less space.

Add "App Link" as Option in Button Dropdown for Email Templates
App link option is currently not included in the button dropdown in email templates. There is currently only Landing Pages and Web Address. I would like to see this under the dropdown options so I can easily link my app link when I send out my email design.

Back Button in Email Design to Go to Email Templates
when you open an email design and hit back, it takes you back to the designs screen where you have to hit create and then choose email again. Can we please just have it go back to the email templates page?

When creating SmartPlans under a team account when adding a task or call action add the ability to add agent information merge fields so we can put complete scripts in the task description box. Right now the only merge fields for these actions are contact based.

Improve Data Sync from MLS to Listings Applet
Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos. When Exporting Mailing Labels, Only Export Selected Relationships for Contact(s)
example: select contact A and B who are linked as spouses with same address and export them. on the export sheet you get the contacts selected and any other contacts that are linked as relationship to contact A or B who have an address. So the user is trying to just get labels for their couples, but then any sons, fathers, cousins, etc of those contacts are exported as well if they have an address. it is exported as a separate label, but it is confusing to agents as they didnt want those people exported. it would make more sense…

Send from @kw.com Email Address
Use our actual KW email addresses instead of the "agent99999@mailer.kw.com" when we send out marketing emails. The person would more easily recognize who its from and this would help avoid having our emails go to the recipient's spam folder.

Referral Opportunity Type
Right now our MCA team is having to recreate all referral offers/transactions to get incoming referral checks paid out to agents. It would be amazing and extremely helpful if the agent could select the sale type as a referral themselves.

Expand Email Step Editor
When adding steps to smartplan the work area is stuck to the side and unable to widen. Can it be edited where we can make the screen wider not only longer? Or bring it it the middle where the stesp aret and move the steps where the editing steps are. In this box I am typing in now has the ability to make the box bigger by clicking on the double arrow on the top right, that would work for the email edit box in smartplans!

Command Lite
I'm sure this isn't a new idea, but I want to amplify it. I need a simpler Command system. I'm not a Power-user like the many teams across the KW universe.
Let me check the box and choose what functionality I want so its simpler. Right now I have to relearn it with every use and research what new function or setting has been added. I'm stuck on a new setting right now and I just have to punt. Support is off line and I can't wait til Monday.

2 Command Sign-Ins for 1 User
This is essential functionality for team leaders who have both residential and commercial teams. The reality is many commercial clients look down on agents who brand with the residential team. Because Command does not yet have the functionality to have two (2) Command sign-ins for the same team leader, it forces differently branded teams to use the same instance of Command.
