Send from @kw.com Email Address
Use our actual KW email addresses instead of the "agent99999@mailer.kw.com" when we send out marketing emails. The person would more easily recognize who its from and this would help avoid having our emails go to the recipient's spam folder.

Google Calendar Integration with Tasks
Link command tasks with google calendar so when you add or delete a task it automatically adds or deletes on your calendar as a task. Its super annoying bouncing back and forth between both systems

Referral Opportunity Type
Right now our MCA team is having to recreate all referral offers/transactions to get incoming referral checks paid out to agents. It would be amazing and extremely helpful if the agent could select the sale type as a referral themselves.

Date Based Smartplans
I would love for there to be an option for date based SmartPlans. Where you can excluded weekends or even trigger SmartPlans to happen on certain days. For example similar to the birthday plan and home anniversary plan, have where you can do a wedding anniversary smartplan or even on certain holidays have it trigger that way you don't have to remember to set it up X amount of days before the holiday.

Calendar and Contact Date-Based SmartPlans
Over the years I have customized my 36 touch campaign. Included in my campaign are events and touches that occur the same time each year. For instance, I send out calendars each November and send holiday cards each December. I would love to create a Smartplan with my current campaign however not being able to choose dates on the calendar makes this difficult. I still haven't figured out the work around.

Add Merge Fields for Agent Information
When creating SmartPlans under a team account when adding a task or call action add the ability to add agent information merge fields so we can put complete scripts in the task description box. Right now the only merge fields for these actions are contact based.

Allow Option for SmartPlan Steps to Skip Weekends
Can we have an option to skip weekends in the smartplans? I tend not to work/make calls on weekends, and by monday I am overwhelmed with the numbers I have in my task list for the week and so I do nothing...eventually just archiving everything and starting over. Can you fix this?

Ability to Edit/Delete System Tags
We cannot edit or delete system tags, which results in duplicate tags being created/used. Please give us the option to edit or remove system tags.

SmartPlan Library Organization (Folders, Starring)
It would be very helpful to have folders for smartplans. In "My Smartplans" if you have more than one smartplan used for one group of people for instance that could be a folder called "Buyers" for example. This would streamline the smartplan page and ensure that you don't accidentally add someone to the wrong smartplan.

Prioritize Preferred Contact Method in Contact Record
preferred contact method should be where the phone and email are entered so can immediately see what client prefers; having to scroll down is tedious--you're just not going to do it for every person you meet; plus they may get annoyed if you contact them the non-preferred way and that strains the relationship (weren't you even listening when i told you not to * but instead to *) Anyway, would like to see it in the main 'box' for the contact

Customize Landing Page Lead Source
I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.

When Exporting Mailing Labels, Only Export Selected Relationships for Contact(s)
example: select contact A and B who are linked as spouses with same address and export them. on the export sheet you get the contacts selected and any other contacts that are linked as relationship to contact A or B who have an address. So the user is trying to just get labels for their couples, but then any sons, fathers, cousins, etc of those contacts are exported as well if they have an address. it is exported as a separate label, but it is confusing to agents as they didnt want those people exported. it would make more sense…

Combine Contact Spouses on Mailing Labels with One Last Name
When doing labels print only the last name of the couple once unless one of the parties has different last name. Example Joe and Jane Smith not Joe Smith and Jane Smith

Parties to the Transaction Viewable in Command Mobile

Improve Data Sync from MLS to Listings Applet
Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS.
