How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. The percentage based deductions so far are not automatically updating when the commission changes and/or a referral is added to the commission. It would be very beneficial to have that automatically update as many of our agents are signed up for automatic percentage deductions into our agent savings account.

  2. Allow logged appointments in Command MC to populate on the recruit and associate card timlines.

    Currently, logged appointments do not appear on the recruit or associate card timelines and require looking in two different tabs. It would be great to see these on the timeline with other events.

  3. Please add the filter options “Property Type” and “Classification” for compliance requests. When reviewing compliance items, I often need to sort by those specific criteria, and having these filters available would greatly improve the review process.

  4. Please build the ability to SORT the data in the Transactions applet by both date submitted and by closing date. Our MC sends commission invoices on behalf of our agents, and with the elimination of the Commission tab, it is incredibly difficult to track what has been submitted and processed versus what has not. Thank you.

  5. Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command should show the $6,000 agents pay in rather than the $50,000 total GCI subject to Royalty. This confuses the agents and the makes it difficult for the Leadership to explain to the agents how much they've paid in and how much they still owe.

  6. In an office with nearly 300 agents, it is hard to determine who the Opportunity belongs to since they removed the agent name in the line item view of Opportunities. It would save a lot of time if we don't heave to search for the agents name every time I need to process an Opportunity.

  7. When a recruit is moved to the “committed” stage of the recruiting pipeline, have a setting in Smartplans that will allow that pipeline movement to stop active recruiting Smartplans from going to that recruit. Example: Susan is a recruit that says “yes” to the kw office. When Susan is moved to the “committed” stage of the pipeline, the active Smartplans going to her as a recruit would end. Then, once Susan onboards, she can be effectively added to associate-based Smartplans. This automatic function would be a time saver and also help us stay on top of the communication she is…

  8. Have the capability to remove or edit tags created for Recruit Tags that is not personally owned. When a staff member leaves KW, the tags they created are still present.

  10. Our Market Center relies exclusively on Command for document submissions and compliance coordination. A major problem we face is that agents frequently miss Command notifications regarding returned documents, often due to the high volume of emails they receive, or Command app notifications being dismissed due to the inability to view compliance requests effectively through the app.

    My suggestion is to add a dashboard applet displaying the compliance status of upcoming completions to the Agents Command homepage. This could include completions within the next two to three weeks, or perhaps the next four to five completions regardless of date. It's unclear…

  11. When closing a file, I click the Opportunity link (left side info) to open that opportunity - it used to Open in a New Tab: Now it does not.
    - Opening in a new tab automatically: when clicked help pages back/forth.*Pleeeeaase put that link back to: Open in a New Tab!
    - Less clicks and paging back/forth. Thaaaank You!

  12. MCA Dept would like a "Send Confetti" to associate who has just capped. When they log into their Command, a "Congratulations You Are Now Capped!"... message appears to celebrate their achievement.

  13. Please provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked.

  14. When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

  18. In reporting, the ability to compare TY to LY and percent change. Currently we export to excel

  19. We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

  20. Inside of Find an Agent we can filter a list and select agents to add to Recruit Management and I want to be able to tag this selection so its easier to follow up through Recruits Management.

    Currently agents who are already added to Recruits Management. I'd like to see two options for the selection: "Add Tag" and "Add New Leads to Recruit Management."
