  1. We have had trouble tracking commercial properties in Command MC because the Units & Square Footage info populate in the same tracking column.

    To help consistency we made a policy for Commercial Leases to take the entire volume on the FIRST transaction and the remaining will be at $0. It will help us track more ACCURATELY what is being closed by not processing a lease as an Outside Referral. Although now the system won't let us process a lease for $0.

    We implemented this after listening to the MCA call with the Commercial team and now the process is broken…

  3. In reporting, the ability to compare TY to LY and percent change. Currently we export to excel

    Would be a great way to keep a simple pulse on how each agent is doing!

  4. We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

  5. Create a feature where you can make a certain deduction apply to a certain number of transactions before it stops automatically, or when a total deduction amount threshhold is reached. For example, a PC deduction will apply to the agent's next three transactions and then stop automatically or the deduction will apply until the agent's MC cap has been met. This could apply to a wide range of scenarios where the agent will have a deduction for a set period of time or a number of transactions.

  6. MCAs should have the option to reinstate an agent that left and come back within the same month without having to re-invite again. Sometimes agents come back in the same month. This would also be beneficial if an agent is removed in error. If the error is caught and it is done in the same month, then we should be able to change their status. That was an option we had in Winmore as long as it was in the same month.

  7. This should apply to recruits and track through to associates. Command MC should have the ability to delete custom recruit lead sources. It's like custom tags, when systems change, the available lead sources need to be updated for a cleaner more streamlined systems.

  8. In the Associates tab of Command MC - let's be able to click at the top on the production tab and have it filter into a top down production level of all of our associates. A year to date top down with a click!

  9. If an associate is approved as an Earned In Luxury Associate in the Luxury Roster under the Admin applet, their Associate entry should automatically be tagged as Luxury to better enable MC Leadership to send communications and smaprtplans around luxury information to that group.

  10. I recommend verifying the property address using the auto-fill feature at the very beginning of the transaction. Waiting until you're creating or accepting an offer can cause unnecessary delays and prevent you from moving forward to the Commission tab. Taking a few extra seconds upfront will save you time later in the process!

  11. Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"

    Salesforce, WordPress does this and so does Circle.io, the community platform.

    As Leadership, we frequently need to access an agents account to assist them with something or provide a service.   12. Allow agents to choose their primary Market Center for awards purposes. I have 2 situations where an agent is active in my MC, joined a 2nd MC out of state, has done little to no business there, yet, their awards information and medals go to the new MC - they are a top 10 agent in my MC and on the ALC and the new MC barely knows who they are.   14. When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
    My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. This causes frustration on the agent, admin and support…

  16. When the CDA is printed, include today's date automatically as well as include an uploaded signature based on the user. This would save time from opening the .pdf, adding the date and signature, then re-saving the file.

  17. We would like to be able to sort by month easily for any date column in reports. If a date column is added, clicking in the filter box there is a bunch of different ways to sort but there is no field to sort by a specific month. You can click the timeframe and click say all of the September month/year but when you have been open a long time, this is quite time consuming. Adding a tab there for month would be very helpful. I can see a case use for searching by a particular month for every date…

  18. When there is a concession on a transaction, the concession does not show on page 1 of the DA. It only shows on page 2, making it appear that the Gross commission amounts don't match. This is an issue with Title Companies, with some returning the DA, thinking it's an error.

  19. We need a space where private documents need to be uploaded and signed by the Broker of Records. This ability exists in the three other folders, Listed, Under Contract and Closed. The user can simply select an uploaded document and then click "Sign documents" at the top of the page.

  20. Our staff is being assigned tasks from our Onboarding Smartplans, but our staff has to click through to get to the "other tasks". I've seen that you guys are working on making that less clicks. I also think we need a push notification, command notification, or an email to notifiy them that they have a new task assigned to them.
