  1. Associate record compliance is a huge issue. Having a documents tab for the associate card (similar to what we have in opportunities) will help secure some of our agent data a little bit better.

    Have spots to upload documents that are required for all MCs (W9, P&G Acknowledgement, Detail of Splits and Fees, ICA, etc) and the ability for the MC to add additional documents used in the MC.

    Password protect documents with sensitive information. Limit who can access those docs.

  4. Add Teams Rank Metric in Rankings Within Market Center report. The report currently combines teams and groups into one. The existing Rankings Within Market Center report in MyKW allows you to choose from Individuals, Individual Teams, Teams, and Groups. The migrated report omits Teams (Non-Individual).

  5. Link to be able to Print All Reports at once at Month End just like winmore had this option instead of us having to click each. This will save time and help with not forgetting to print certain ones

  6. Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
    Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!

  7. I would love to see a prompt when you close the month asking if your appointment numbers are correct before actually closing the month. All other sections - # of contracts, listings, agent count, CO$ - they all tie back to something else but appointments do not. I miss being able to double check that part like Winmore used to ask us.

  9. Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.

    To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
    • Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
    • Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
    • Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)

  10. Whenever I download PDFs for reports to send out to agents, they are small and hard for them to read. An updated version of the reports where the PDF download is bigger would make it easier for everyone involved.

  11. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

  13. When I was at Family Reunion this year, I spent some time at the Command MC area and we tried to get certain reports created but were unable to, so they asked me to submit a request.

    Please add the option to use the agent's personal email to all reports, many agents do not use their KW email. Or can you create a report with the following parameters: Agent Name, Personal Email, Production, Time Frame. Cheers Nate

  15. This brought to me by my OP at my market center. The new update "Find Agent" in Command MC Recruits is great. While a few columns are sortable the YOY Volume and YOY Units columns is not sortable. Making it sortable will allow TL or OP to look at those numbers and see agents with challenge in YOY numbers.

  16. I have many recruits that come in with a preferred name different than their legal name. For the use of SmartPlans, I put their preferred name in the contact card first and last name area. I then have to make a note of their legal name for future reference. However, having to scroll through the timeline or notes to find the "Legal Name" or having to remember I have that note throws off some of my systems. It would be great to have a Legal Name field like Command Contacts have or even an option to create Custom Fields for…

  17. Vendors: would be great to be able to EDIT vendor information before and after accepting vendor information. Can edit Representative info - Not company info.

  19. Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.

    This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.

    It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult

  20. Now that we can send one-off or bulk emails to Associates from CommandMC (thank you!), when selecting the email from the timeline we should be taken directly to the email sent, just as it happens in the Contacts applet in Command.
