To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  2. Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

  3. Top Down Report: Top 20% Email Download in Reports is NOT the same as their preferred Email address in their White Pages Profile. This results in our top agents not seeing important emails sent. Please make the email address that comes from reports the same as their preferred one in their profile.

  4. Is there any way to make an alert pop up for notes that agents have entered when an MCA goes to complete a commission check request? Another idea would be to put a block on processing the check until the notes are read. We just want to ensure notes are not missed.

  5. I’d love to see an option in CommandMC to remove assignees en masse. Ideally, there would also be a prompt during leadership offboarding that offers to either remove their assignments or transfer them to a new leader. I understand some market centers might want to keep those relationships intact for follow-up or reassignment, so having flexible options—like transferring to a current TL or choosing which assignees to retain—would be incredibly helpful.

    The problem I’m trying to solve is that former leaders, even those no longer with the brokerage or now at competing firms, are still showing up as assignees. This…

  6. It would be great to see a list of the Smartplans that have ended for those entering our CommandMC Database.

    For Example; A Prospect makes their way into CommandMC as a lead. We reach out of course, and we also may start them on a Smartplan for automated Followup. If would be great to see, within the Smartplan tab a list of competed Smartplans, so we have context for future correspondence.

    I know we have the Timeline, yet Smartplans are mixed in with everything that we do and this would improve our followup.

  7. We need to have a tool in Command MC that helps us connect associates to the courses that we have prescribed for their business and track if they attended the class. To connect the value that Keller Williams offers to the results that the agents are having in their business. We can also help those that are struggling in their business and how we can help them.

  9. We want an easy way to see if their production is up since they have joined our office. This would be a great tool for recruiting as well.

  10. When you make an edit to an agent's license expiration date that agent gets notified that you changed their license. I have had several frantically ask me what that's all about. The verbiage in the email sent out to the agent should include the exact changes that were made so they can rest easy not thinking I removed them from our MC. This can really go for any notifications the agents gets when staff makes a change to anything in their card.

  11. After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.

  12. The percentage based deductions so far are not automatically updating when the commission changes and/or a referral is added to the commission. It would be very beneficial to have that automatically update as many of our agents are signed up for automatic percentage deductions into our agent savings account.

  16. In an office with nearly 300 agents, everything is sorted by agent name. The agent name is no longer part of the information showing on the lines for each Opportunity in Compliance. It would save a lot of time not have to search who the agent is for each Opportunity.

  17. In an office with nearly 300 agents, it is hard to determine who the Opportunity belongs to since they removed the agent name in the line item view of Opportunities. It would save a lot of time if we don't heave to search for the agents name every time I need to process an Opportunity.

  18. When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
    My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. This causes frustration on the agent, admin and support…

  19. Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.

  20. Pipeline status change from appointment set to held when appointment is logged. Once appointment is held and logged, the pipeline should automatically move from appointment set to appointment held. Currently that step needs to be done manually
