Last Submitted Sort
The default sort is the most recent submission on top - I can click the arrow and it toggles to the oldest submitted - once I perform the review and return to the compliance screen. I have to re-sort it again - it wont stay as I set it

After a Broker fully approves an opportunity folder, an associate can upload a document and change the status of the folder. If the opportunity folder is locked up after Broker approval, Brokers won't have to go back into opportunity and re-approve the folder. MC compliance status queue will be accurate. Associates can still upload documents into custom folders of the opportunity if needed, which won't change the status of the opportunity.

Compliance is very slow to open opps, folders and docs
Is something making clicking through compliance opportunities much slower? It's taking too long to open opportunities, folders, and documents since the recent upgrade/change.

Awards for Large/Small Teams
In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

The change to MC Tasks this week has not been a good one. I think the idea was to have it mimic the Agent side, but it's too antiquated. It would be great to have it made simpler with fewer clicks and less filtering required.

The user is suggesting that a "Back to Opportunities Search" button/link be added alongside the "Compliance" link at the top-left corner of the opportunity when reviewing opportunities via CommandMC.

Remove Recruits from SmartPlans after KW Invitation is Complete
When a recruit is moved to the “committed” stage of the recruiting pipeline, have a setting in Smartplans that will allow that pipeline movement to stop active recruiting Smartplans from going to that recruit. Example: Susan is a recruit that says “yes” to the kw office. When Susan is moved to the “committed” stage of the pipeline, the active Smartplans going to her as a recruit would end. Separate Groups and Teams in Market Center Rankings Reports
Add Teams Rank Metric in Rankings Within Market Center report. The report currently combines teams and groups into one. The existing Rankings Within Market Center report in MyKW allows you to choose from Individuals, Individual Teams, Teams, and Groups. The migrated report omits Teams (Non-Individual).

Print All Reports at Month End Closing
Link to be able to Print All Reports at once at Month End just like winmore had this option instead of us having to click each. This will save time and help with not forgetting to print certain ones

Commercial Reporting
Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!18 votes -
Appointments Reminder Modal during Month End Close
I would love to see a prompt when you close the month asking if your appointment numbers are correct before actually closing the month. All other sections - # of contracts, listings, agent count, CO$ - they all tie back to something else but appointments do not. I miss being able to double check that part like Winmore used to ask us.

Prevent Incorrect Auto-Population of Seller Name in Transactions
Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.
To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
• Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
• Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information

Show Agent Royalty in Cap Status Graph
Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.
