How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Did something change in CommandMC for Vendor (co-broker) names appearing as their LLC (legal) name instead of DBA name on the CDA? This is causing issues for us as we are attempting to pay Place on a CDA from our Market Center. Can this be fixed to show the DBA name on the CDA?

  2. Currently, when reviewing multiple compliance documents, there's an issue where the notification placement interferes with workflow. After opening a form and selecting the "Approve" button in the bottom right corner, a notification appears stating "Your document has been successfully updated."

    This message temporarily covers the action buttons, preventing users from immediately moving to the next form. Since it remains on screen for a few seconds, users are forced to wait before proceeding.

    We would like to request that this notification be repositioned so it does not block the buttons, allowing for a more seamless and efficient review process.

  3. When approving documents the pop up for "your document has been successfully uploaded" stays for too long. I cant click through it like I could the old pop up.

  5. In the associate cards, several of our agents have listed PO Boxes as their address for mailing purposes. It would be great if we had the ability to add multiple addresses in the associate cards so that when natural disasters strike in our region, we can check their address listed in CommandMC to see the likelihood that they would have been affected by the event and call them accordingly while maintaining their mailing address for the purpose of sending birthday cards, congratulatory gifts, etc.

  6. When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

  8. For both Recruits and Associates, it would be beneficial to have an AI summary available for the contact's timeline just like we have in Command. It would make it much easier during handoff's during onboarding or for keeping up to date on Associates at a glance.

  9. We have agents who have completed the joining portal and full onboarding through the new system, and have left for one reason or another. When they return, their checklist items are all completed and to uncheck them, it needs to be done manually one-by-one. It would be nice to have a Remove/Delete all and then be able to add new checklists incase items have changed on checklists since the associate was here last.

  10. When there is a concession on a transaction, the concession does not show on page 1 of the DA. It only shows on page 2, making it appear that the Gross commission amounts don't match. This is an issue with Title Companies, with some returning the DA, thinking it's an error.

  11. We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

  12. As a MC, we need the ability to add a Guest User just as teams have that ability. We want to have remote employees that may not have SS# as they are overseas and it is not secure to use the MCA or AMCA access for these employees. PLEASE give us this ability

  16. I recommend verifying the property address using the auto-fill feature at the very beginning of the transaction. Waiting until you're creating or accepting an offer can cause unnecessary delays and prevent you from moving forward to the Commission tab. Taking a few extra seconds upfront will save you time later in the process!

  17. Would love the ability to bulk download all closed opportunities. At this point we can only do it one by one. At a minimum, would love to see the option to download by each month as a form of backup.

  19. Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

  20. Is there any way to make an alert pop up for notes that agents have entered when an MCA goes to complete a commission check request? Another idea would be to put a block on processing the check until the notes are read. We just want to ensure notes are not missed.
