  1. It would make it a lot easier to have their production within their profile. Our agents sometimes have a quick question regarding their DA and to be more efficient instead of having to search for the property in transactions for an immediate answer, it would be amazing to have it accessible right in their profile. This could also help if an agent may need another copy or simply a breakdown of their production so they can track it as well.

  2. Would love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication.

  4. At this time, it is not possible to customize columns—such as rearranging, adding, or removing them. As a compliance coordinator, having access to specific information is important to my role. I would also appreciate the ability to sort the data for easier review and organization.

  5. It would be helpful for Leadership to have the ability to find all MC Associates who add a military affiliation to their Marketing Profile. Alternately, adding that field to their "My Profile" and making it possible for Leadership to search and filter Associates for both Military Affiliation and Languages spoken from within the Associates Applet.

  7. Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

  8. When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
    We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.

  9. When an MCA edits something in a commission request, upon clicking save the commission request is automatically approved. I need to be able to make edits before agents click the final approval. Like for adding a wire fee or a private deduction etc.

    There is still a MAJOR need for agents to be able to review commission requests and submit prior to an edit of an MCA or AMCA.

  10. When an offer is Terminated, it would be great to have the Documents from Version 1 go right into version 1 and reset the file placeholders.... vs. agents "Updating" a single file. That way Broker/Legal can search older versions of Documents. Many associates/TC's dont know to use a new version - unless Broker catches it and advises a new version to be used.

  11. We have had trouble tracking commercial properties in Command MC because the Units & Square Footage info populate in the same tracking column.

    To help consistency we made a policy for Commercial Leases to take the entire volume on the FIRST transaction and the remaining will be at $0. It will help us track more ACCURATELY what is being closed by not processing a lease as an Outside Referral. Although now the system won't let us process a lease for $0.

    We implemented this after listening to the MCA call with the Commercial team and now the process is broken…

  12. Advanced filters like have been added to personal command are needed.
    Such as:
    Smart Plan > includes > choose from smartplans
    Smart Plan > excludes > choose from smartplans

    Last contact, last updated, created, lead source, tags, etc. All available with the includes, excludes, none, etc

  13. Instead of logging into Agent Command, MC Leadership should have the option to sign in directly to the CommandMC Dashboard & Include a tasks widget on the CommandMC Dashboards.

  14. Key Metrics and the KWRI Invoice in Transactions -> Month End Close should be able to be seen after transmittal. Why do we have to take a screenshot every month? Can we make it as a report or be able to pull like we do our balance sheet and income statements?

Since Command was started, inside an Opportunity, on the Documents tab, we were able to click a link above the name of the Opportunity (upper left corner) labeled something different than it is now and I can't remember the original label - maybe "Back" or "Opportunities" that made it very easy to go back to searching for the next Opportunity to work on. Now it says "Compliance".

    I realize that I can click on the Opportunity icon in the left margin and use that to find an Opportunity, however, if I have the screen split (Dotloop on one open side,…

  16. At our Market Center, we have an in-house Transaction Coordinator. While we don't want that person to be able to have log in access to everyone's Command account, we would like for her to be able to create opportunities under that agents name without logging into their account.

    It would be great to have a Transaction Coordinator role in CommandMC where they can create an opportunity then select which agent that opportunity is for. That way they don't have to log in each agent's Command and those opportunities will be able to populate on the agent's Command and in CommandMC.

  17. In the Associates tab of Command MC - let's be able to click at the top on the production tab and have it filter into a top down production level of all of our associates. A year to date top down with a click!

  18. Display the associate's production status in the dashboard - an easy way to see if the associate is active, referral only, or an admin. This would minimize the clicks we'd have to make to verify.

  19. In a state where we hold Escrow, we prepare our listing transactions ahead of closing so that any seller excess is able to be brought to closing attorney or ready to be picked up/delivered once the property is on record. Right now, in order to do this, we have to change the close date to the day the checks are being prepped and it causes confusion as to when the property actually closed. In winmore we had this ability so long as it remained in the current month and we really need this feature back!

  20. Can we just have a simple download like KWConnect used to? PDF and CVS/Excel options are still great. However, the amount of steps I have to go through to download one report is a huge time waste.
