Simple Report Options in Command MC
When I was at Family Reunion this year, I spent some time at the Command MC area and we tried to get certain reports created but were unable to, so they asked me to submit a request.
Please add the option to use the agent's personal email to all reports, many agents do not use their KW email. Or can you create a report with the following parameters: Agent Name, Personal Email, Production, Time Frame. Cheers Nate

YOY Volume and YOY Units sorting in Command MC Recruits
This brought to me by my OP at my market center. The new update "Find Agent" in Command MC Recruits is great. While a few columns are sortable the YOY Volume and YOY Units columns is not sortable. Making it sortable will allow TL or OP to look at those numbers and see agents with challenge in YOY numbers.

Have a place for Legal Name field in Recruit Card
I have many recruits that come in with a preferred name different than their legal name. For the use of SmartPlans, I put their preferred name in the contact card first and last name area. I then have to make a note of their legal name for future reference. However, having to scroll through the timeline or notes to find the "Legal Name" or having to remember I have that note throws off some of my systems. It would be great to have a Legal Name field like Command Contacts have or even an option to create Custom Fields for…

Vendors
Vendors: would be great to be able to EDIT vendor information before and after accepting vendor information. Can edit Representative info - Not company info.

Add "Amharic" as a language
When an agent joins us there is no option for them to select "Amharic" as a second language.

Recruiting Pipeline to follow the same structure as command for agents
Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.
This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.
It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult

Email in Associate Timeline
Now that we can send one-off or bulk emails to Associates from CommandMC (thank you!), when selecting the email from the timeline we should be taken directly to the email sent, just as it happens in the Contacts applet in Command.

Allow MC tier 1 associates complete access to edit all fields including photos within the MC Associates.
Allow MC staff with tier 1 roles accessibility to update/edit/add/update photos to associate profiles. Our website pulls those incomplete profiles from Command which of course makes our website look incomplete. Having this ability would allow staff to complete those profiles.

Send Mass Texts to Associates
Since we are in constant contact with our agents about different things in the MC or RE in general, it would be easiest to do it through Command MC since it's always up to date with their contact information instead of typing it out into an excel sheet. or at least be able to export contacts to upload into contacts in Command.

Associate DBA and Incorporation Name Report
It would be helpful to have the criteria in reports for Associate DBA Name and Incorporation Name. Also, to include address for Associate's Incorporation.

Notes when completing a task
It would be really helpful to have a section for adding notes to a task before marking it as complete. Right now, we have to go back into the agent's profile to add notes after completing a task, which adds extra steps. It would also be great if the task notes could automatically feed into the notes section to make everything a little smoother and more organized.

Allow Operating Principal to add/remove team members
The Operating Principal wants the ability to add/remove team members in the CommandMC Administration applet. Having to rely on other leadership roles is not efficient for them.

Show KWRI Expenses in Command (MAPS, Events, Trainings, Marketplace)
I would like a portal for the agent to see all of their KWRI expenses - MAPS/EVENTS/TRAINING/MARKETPLACE with name, date charged, etc. There is not one place for them to collect that information at year end currently and they have to email multiple departments to get their expenses

Have the ability to Sign documents in the Private Folder of an Opportunity
We need a space where private documents need to be uploaded and signed by the Broker of Records. This ability exists in the three other folders, Listed, Under Contract and Closed. The user can simply select an uploaded document and then click "Sign documents" at the top of the page.

Delete CommandMC Lead Sources
This should apply to recruits and track through to associates. Command MC should have the ability to delete custom recruit lead sources. It's like custom tags, when systems change, the available lead sources need to be updated for a cleaner more streamlined systems.

Opportunity List Remains Sticky after Clicking into Opportunity
Currently, when viewing a section of Opportunities in Command MC (e.g., 51-100), opening an Opportunity and then navigating back resets the list to the first set (1-50). This disrupts workflow by making users lose their place in the list.
